Cullens were a pleasure to work with. Emma managed to find a slot for us at very short notice and was so helpful and pleasant. Brad and Kodi managed to dismantle and move a very heavy sofa bed from a first floor flat with no lift !! They were extremely polite and moved all the furniture carefully without making any mess. The whole service from Cullens was superb. I had been let down at the last moment by a charity who wouldn't take as much furniture as originally agreed so at 11:30am yesterday I contacted Cullens using their on-line system. The response was immediate. I sent photos to confirm what had to go, phoned to enquire when it could be collected and was delighted to be told that they had a van in the area. I gladly accepted the offer of a 2:00 pm pick up that afternoon. At 1:50pm I was called by Matt on the van and at 2:00pm they were outside the property. Everything was loaded and they were gone by 2:40pm with no fuss. Matt and his mate were were great as was the young lady who called me and made the arrangements. Payment method and confirmation emails were perfect and I am happy that as much of the furniture as possible will be re-used or recycled. A first class, efficient and cost effective system! Well done and thank you to all the team at Cullens Clearance.

Absolutely brilliant! From the moment I contacted Cullen's for probate evaluation and content removal, everything was organised very efficiently, even down to parking in a double yellow lined area in the city. Communication was great, helpful and supportive. On the day Bradley, Jamie and Matt worked so very hard to clear my late brothers flat we were so impressed. On time, organised and communicated with us where necessary. We would highly recommend them as a company in supporting anyone through what can be a difficult exercise. Thank you guys and Emma!

Vans and men arrived promptly were always polite and helpful. They worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. They did need some guidance/supervision to ensure that everything was cleared and we had to ask them to sweep up some broken glass from the forecourt.
Occasionally the instructions given by us were not passed on to team members (eg we almost lost some tools that had been put aside and made known to team lead).
On the whole though we are very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend to others.

All the reviews I read were spot on. Every contact with Emma was both friendly and efficient and the clearance (for which I was not present) appears to have gone flawlessly, according to the helpful photos provided. The price was reasonable for London and I would highly recommend Cullens to others.

Really impressed by Cullen’s Service. Emma was great at the booking stage coming back to me quickly and Billy & Jimmy couldn’t have worked harder in clearing our 3 piece suite. It was a very difficult job as so difficult to get out of the house. They did not give up and were on time and very courteous.

I have recently used Cullens Clearances Ltd to remove some white goods, a piano and glass cabinet, as well as some miscellaneous smaller items, prior to the sale of my house. The whole process was very efficient including a great website and email contact with Emma over a couple of queries. The removal men turned up on time and completed the work promptly and assured me that anything that could still be used would be used, rather than everything just ending up at a dump.
