Top job, good guys, went the extra mile for me. Arrived bang on time, all good and highly recommend.

I can completely recommend Cullens. With Super human strength they cleared out my flat. Oven, washing machine, bed and mattress - they took it all my furniture with no problems. They even helped loading it into storage the other end. Great service.

We were kept informed of potential arrivals times. The two removals men were friendly and efficient. The whole process was very easy from obtaining quotes to collection and payment. All staff we dealt with were extremely efficient and easy to deal with.

The team at Cullens were helpful and efficient and really made a difficult situation (total house clearance) as easy as possible. From Amy in quotes to Jamie M and Jack K who came for the first load and Jimmy S and Shaun T the second load I could not fault them.

I booked a clearance shortly before the day of exchange/completion on our flat to clear out a few remaining items of furniture. In the end the buyer had cash flow problems and I had to cancel the clearance, though I hope to rebook when things are sorted out. (In case you are wondering, I'm leaving the furniture in place in case the flat has to go back on the market.) I decided to leave a review because the service I received from Cullens was very good - there was a quick response to questions and I was able to book a time and day I was happy with. Then when things went wrong the appointment was cancelled and my deposit returned very quickly and with no fuss at all.

1st class. They were running a bit late but phoned to let me know. The 2 guys Philip and Jimmy were very respectful and polite as this clearence was a flat in a sheltered complex and there were residents coming in and out. They both observed social distance and wore masks. The clearence was carried out efficiently and very professionally. There was no mess left everything was taken away. From the initial contact to booking to the clearence itself

Used Cullens because they reuse and recycle as much as possible, which is important to me. They came to clear stuff from my mums house before a move. The two guys were great, everything done efficiently and with good grace considering they couldn’t get the van as near to the garage at the back as we’d hoped! Thanks very much. Would use again.

From finding this company via an internet search engine every step of the way was so professional and organised. The fact that the furniture will be reused and recycled is wonderful. Great team in every respect.

I was really worried about finding someone that would reuse, recycle and relove our late mum and dads house full of stuff. Fortunately due to COVID We could go through bags and bags of photos birth, certificates etc. However when these guys turned up on time we were amazed at how organised they were. Thank you for making a hard and emotional day go by without any hiccups. You are the best.

The Cullens team were early and got themselves conveniently parked for the clearance. It was a messy job involving removal of many heavy pots of earth with large plants along with broken garden furniture. Nevertheless it was carried out with remarkable speed and efficiency. I was very impressed and will be using Cullens for further clearance jobs.
