As per Yosef’s manner throughout the process, inclusive of our research for the most suitable unit, his service did not end with the purchase/delivery of the unit. Rather, he followed up to ensure all was to our satisfaction, patiently offering expert advice, direction, and helpful hints to optimize usage of the unit.

When I called to cancel an order, the customer service call center said they have no way of transferring me to someone who can help, and that all they can do is take my info. What? Then I tried calling 3 different times. Just what I need, more stress around the holidays. First time customer, last time I will do business…

items were delivered, they were expensive, a couple leaked while in transit, the customer service is amazing, they offered refund or replacement, then new replacements were delivered with no issues. they always kept us in the loop with very clear communication.

Dined here last night and it was fantastic The food was wonderful, however what really impressed me was how nice and helpful the manager, Kayla turned out. They would even call and come to check on us to ensure we were not having fun. Nowadays, it is so unusual to find such a personality touch of human. We were really made welcome!
