As a first time buyer, I didn't know about some of the things like building surveys which he explained to me in detail and it helped me out a lot in negotiating on the purchase price. All his references were very good as well.

Sharfique has helped me with three mortgages, the initial first buyer mortgage, and two remortgages. I was very nervous about the first one, as I only moved to the UK for less than a year, had a one year visa, and just 6 months payslips. There is a lot of limitations but he worked it out and I had a very good rate.
The second time I left it too late and contacted him a few weeks before expire date (he started a new company at that time and I was a client from his previous position). I didn't get a good rate but he listened to me and made the remortgage seamless.
The third time I learned my lesson and he got me a rate well below what is avaiable at the time of remortgage.
We had multiple chats, and he always responded and found time to talk to me.

My estate agent recommended Sharfique Hussain (Cube Mortgages) for my mortgage application. This was submitted 2 weeks ago and the process was simple. The application was accepted within 10 days which I was very surprised about as didn't think it would be that fast. A valuation has also been done and approved at the agreed price.

I was also stressed as I had to suddenly change solicitors as the original one I was going to instruct was not on my lender's recommended list. Sharfique was able to make me feel at ease and recommended an alternate solicitor who I have now instructed and is currently doing the necessary searches. He also responds quickly to any queries and likes to follow up with phone calls.
I recommend Sharfique due to his knowledge and expertise but also for his great customer service!
