I read the response from Cttopmall…

I read the response from Cttopmall referring me to their service department. I have already sent four emails to the email address you provided still no order as of today 09/11/2026. Again my order is CKM54143 if you aren’t sending my order at least refund my money.

I ordered a crossbody bag

I ordered a crossbody bag. The item was delivered without the strap. Contacted service and provided them with pictures as requested. Veronica advised that they will take care of it. Contacted again today and was told they already responded. All I want is the strap. No phone contact available.

I have ordered on the 31 st of July a nail cutting device after paying $ 50 New Zealand dollars but still have not received this product. This is nearly 4 weeks ago.

I received an email notification saying…

I received an email notification saying my package had been delivered, but I hadn't actually received it. This was confusing because there was no proof of delivery or delivery photo.

I contacted customer support, and both Lily and Nora were incredibly helpful. They responded quickly, apologized for the inconvenience, and even offered to send a replacement at no extra cost.

A few days later, the original package was finally delivered. Although the delivery notification was inaccurate, I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you, Lily and Nora, for your professionalism and prompt support!

Ordered one blouse/pant set - they shipped & billed for two

Ordered one blouse/pant set. They billed for two at two different amounts. They of course, immediately charged my credit card twice which I think is unethical. I have written twice about their mistake and never received an answer. Delivery took about two weeks, and when the two identical items arrived, I decided to keep one set. Today I wrote to get authorization to return the other. Very poor service so far. I will update review if and when they give me authorization to return. Didn't need the hassle.
