CTC (run by Tomasz) offers a superb service: great prices and fast delivery for all things Swift related. Best of all is the level of help and support Tomasz offers. Always responds to queries promptly and gives great advice, even for the smallest purchase. If only all companies were as excellent as CTC

Poor experience with CTC Performance products and service.
To provide background i purchased +£600 worth of brake parts through CTC Performance. When i received my package i discovered that parts were missing from one of the products. I then encountered issues with fitment of some of the products.
After my fitment issues i left two product reviews to help out others that may experience the same issues as me. Because of these bad product reviews I've now had a second order cancelled and been told CTC Performance wont deal with me again.
The reviews were not directed at CTC Performance directly but rather the products i had experienced issues with. I've left both product reviews below to provide context. Weirdly both product reviews aren't appearing on CTC Performance website days after posting and verifying. Unsure if these reviews are being filtered out on purpose?
If you need Suzuki parts i would recommend Torque GT, Fensport or Tegiwa. I have ordered many parts through all these companies and experienced great service.
Please Note - These do not fit JDM models !
These front brake pads do not fit JDM ZC31 models. There was no mention of this in the description (unlike some other products on the CTC website).
What a faff !
What a faff i had with these rear calipers! First problem was that one caliper was missing the accessories (sliding pins, bolts, rubbers, shims). CTC did supply spares but set me back 3 days waiting. Second issue was that even with callipers wound fully back, the pads/disks were snug in the caliper. You had to force the caliper over the pads/disks and could barely turn wheel by hand. This issue was not helped by the fact that the also purchased EBC greenstuff pads were both 1mm thicker than spec. I overcome the issue by using the old OEM slide pins which gained me 3mm extra travel. There is still not enough travel and brakes are dragging slightly but can atleast turn wheels by hand now.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you feedback despite there are some facts missing.
You have placed and order just before the bank holiday weekend ( there is a clear information on the website we are moving and all orders are shipped wit delay). Despite this we shipped the calipers to you to be with you for weekend and we organised dropship to you directly from EBC as well to make sure discs and pads will be for the weekend. Than we received info that one of the calipers has missing pins and you need them for Monday (BH) so we organised special delivery for Sunday and pins were delivered for Sunday.
Prior to order we had zero questions regarding the product whatsoever. Week later we receive feedback you have copied above. Again there was zero contact from your side regarding any fitment issues ect.
We feel like this is directly pointed at CTC Performance to discedit our services. We are UK based. Not sure how we supposed to know you are driving a JDM spec vehicle especially that you did not bother mentioning this in any of the notes or order info.
Now the product being poor.
1. EBC pads you have ordered - there is a clear picture and full measurements of the brake pad provided. So you exactly know what you are buying and if you are aware this is a JDM I don't understand why you have ordered pads that do not fit. What is more - you have never contacted us after purchase.
2. Calipers - we sold over 200 of these last year and we had no issues - so more likely here there might be an issue with vehicle being a JDM spec.
Secondly reviews are rectified by Judge.me and and we requested verification after supplying all information regarding these order and were removed.
Reading though the Trustpilot review we have a feeling this is targeted at us in a very poor manner. Whatever we would do there to help you it still would not be enough. Especially when we sorted the issue with sliding pins before the date you wanted these and review say we still set you back 3 days.
