Super fast delivery and activation I…
Super fast delivery and activation I ordered this product for the very first time on cspkart, as I got better offer by the cspkart instead of purchasing it via actual MS website. The product key received was genuine and the 'Email delivery' actually took less than half an hour. Though it's a high value purchase, don't think much as it's a worthwhile deal. The 'Email Delivery' factor is the key here - being able to get the product in less than couple of hours leads to greater customer satisfaction.

Worst experience
Worst experience. No after-sales service is available. There is only 1 person who manages query but most of the time he is also not available. Better not to buy any software from them.
Now when your team could not provide a solution after-sales and when I have written a review you guys are giving me money back after 9 months and on top of, that I have become a competitor. Seriously this is how you guys do business. Shame on you. Good, I did not take your offer of a full refund.
Will definitely make sure to report about your organization to the Microsoft team to take strict action against you all so that in the future you should not use some cheap tactics of competitors.
It would have been better if you ll had focused on giving good service instead of giving giveaways and lame excuses.
As expected, I am sure now you guys won't find any records of chats and mail but I can share it with you all. I have all the records & details.

Hi,
Hope you are doing great.
I think you facing issue in adding other users for the license. You no need to share the license key with other 5 users. Just need to add the email ID using your main admin email which you used first time to add the key. Please watch below video guides. You can call us if you face any issue.
