If you want donate money to website is good otherwise wont recomment 12 battle 12 loss

Support team is the best, no other site has this ammount of serviceminded and professional support, they are also very generous and the site in general is always user centric taking in user feedback and implementing changes based on that if you are going to play at a site, this is the one.

Best csgo case opening sítě, nice cases, the admins are real legends and their support team is just amazing, they are able to help with every problem you have ( ofc about problem with the site or something) and they always help until everything is as it should.

Great site, only ever experienced one issue and I was promptly assisted by the staff who remedied the situation within minutes. Hassle free, and trust worthy. I'm a happy customer.

The support team was quick and amazing. they helped me out within 5 minutes
10/10

I had a misunderstanding with the withdraw rules, but the helpful staff (Connor) are actual humans!

Kim was very helpful, went out of their way, and got me the 8% bonus on my deposit even when I missed the previous code.

Withdrawals take far too long—mine took almost an hour. The wagering requirements are overly strict, particularly the 40x requirement on the bonus balance. I strongly suspect that the site uses fake 5-star reviews to inflate its overall rating. That said, the website does pay good, which is a positive aspect.

Even though I was in the wrong, and was angry, I was still treated respectfully and had my business taken care of. Cheers friends, and thanks Connor

I’ve been using this website for about two months now, and I gotta keep leaving reviews for Helder. His support has been absolutely phenomenal. Every time I reach out for assistance and he’s online, his response time is lightning-fast—often within 10–20 seconds. It’s incredibly rare to see that level of promptness and attentiveness, and it makes such a positive impact.

What really sets Helder apart is how proactive he is in ensuring that my issues are addressed. Even in situations where my concerns involve other departments or require additional steps, he never leaves me hanging. if I need assistance with support, especially when I'm being impatient—Helder still makes a point to notify another department about my situation. He keeps me updated, explaining if delays are due to a high volume of tickets or other reasons, which is so appreciated. Just knowing that someone is advocating for me and ensuring my issue doesn’t get lost in the shuffle makes all the difference.

On top of that, Helder’s communication is fantastic. He’s professional and efficient, but he also takes the time to engage in friendly small talk, which makes the experience feel so much more personal and less transactional. It’s reassuring to know I’m chatting with someone who genuinely cares and not just following a script, or an AI.

Great customer service! Thank you for your amazing dedication and for making this platform such a pleasure to use!

The support is really good never had a problem with the, fast reponds and truly know theyr job.The only down side to the site is that there aren’t alot of slots.

Speed. The staff responds quickly and they radiate reliability. If you do ever have a problem; someone will respond within minutes.
