I have been a regular customer of this company for several years, but unfortunately this was my last order.
Almost every order has involved some kind of problem. Packages have been delayed, gone missing, or even returned without reaching me. This latest delivery took around five days to arrive, which has become typical in my experience.
After waiting patiently, I finally received my order, only to discover that every size of box had been sent in the wrong colour. I had ordered pink boxes, but all of them were purple. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, the experience became even worse. Instead of receiving help, I was told that I was "being rude", and the representative abruptly ended the call. I found this completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering I was calling to report a mistake made by the company. The incorrect order was frustrating, but the way I was treated by customer service was even more disappointing. After years of ordering from this company, this experience has convinced me not to purchase from them again. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Very pleased I took a chance on this company. As a casual private online seller, I struggled to find good quality, competitively-priced packaging at the quantity I needed (25 units is too little. 50 units is too many).

If there would be a 0 star review this would be the case. 2 weeks today since ordered , still no labels received. On top of this, i have wasted my time on call with them, emails, webchat but still no resolution.

Although tracking number was not showing any collection, i have been asked to wait!!!

I use crystal mailing for stickers for my Etsy shop. I rarely leave reviews for companies but I continue to be impressed by their service so wanted to say thank you - orders are incredibly speedy and a very good price for what I need. Couldn’t recommend them more and just placed my fifth order!

Repeat customer, never any issues and quick dispatch/delivery

Awaiting refund, purchased 100x150 thermal labels in red. Sadly and frustratingly the labels are/were defective. I tried on two different machines with the same results. Tried another supplier that I had on the shelf with no problem. Tried calling their helpline, but number is dead, I will await 2 days for the reply and update my review. Really not impressed as cost me a lot of wasted time

They (Vince) gave me a full refund. So although still annoying with lost time. I believe it fair to move them from 1 star to 3.

We have consistently used this website for our mailing needs and have not been disappointed. The main plus point has been how quick the guys get our orders out to us.
