Absolutely blown away by their service! When my original package got delayed, 3D Crystal immediately made a new one and had it delivered within two days. Crystalivepics exceeded all of my expectations!
I have never purchased anything like this before and was both excited to see the results and nervous about the overall quality I might get. Well, I had a crystal design with led light base for one of our beautiful Shepard's 'Stella' and it exceeded all of my expectations. It looks AMAZING and although price is the tough part, I can tell you that you get every dollar's worth in the quality of their craftsmanship. I loved the results so much that after this review I am having another one done of our family. I can't wait...

Placing my order was super easy, and I really liked how they kept me updated every step of the way. The delivery was quick, and when it arrived, I was honestly blown away. The crystal with the backlight looked stunning, and my wife absolutely loved it the moment she saw it. Everything turned out even better than I imagined. The customer service was excellent! I had a problem with my post office and they sent it back to me ASAP with no charge. I cannot say enough about the quality of this product! It is absolutely beautiful. I have now ordered twice from this company, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend ❣️
