Friendly and professional staff. The clinic is spotless as you would expect. This was my first visit and I was made to feel at ease right away.
The procedure was pain free and I was able to see for myself 'before' and 'after' photos showing the wax was gone, which was reassuring. I was given helpful advice on protecting my future hearing and reducing further wax build up.

As usual,a professional and courteous experience.

Rebecca was very professional and knowledgeable. Advised treatment was unnecessary and gave advice going forward.
