We are proud to be offering a fully regulated, Nurse led ear care clinic in the South Tyneside and Sunderland area. We specialise in ear wax removal using Microsuction technology, irrigation and instrumentation. Our clinic is based in the heart of Whitburn Village and provides an environment that is relaxed and responsive to patients needs. We are passionate that ear care should be accessible to all patient groups, by also offering mobile clinics to care facilities and the house bound. Crystal Clear was founded by our experienced registered Nurse Rebecca Shields, with over 17 years of providing ear care in the community. Rebecca always strives to deliver the highest standard of care to patients and prioritises a personalised and holistic approach to ear care and wax removal. Our passion is to collaboratively work with NHS services and enhance ear care within the local community.

A professional caring practice.
Rebecca was so welcoming and very professional. She explains everything and puts you at ease straight away. The whole microsuction procedure was painless and I was very comfortable throughout. It was my third visit and Rebecca gave me excellent follow up advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebecca at Crystal Clear Ear Clinic.

Rebecca was lovely and professional. I was put at ease and expalined everything that the procedure would entail. It was painless and I was very relaxed and felt amazing once procedure was done. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service
I received a professional, caring and painless experience. I would highly recommended this service to anyone looking for relief from blocked ears. I was also given free extra advice on future care for my ears and how to prevent further wax build up. Brilliant service.

Rebecca explained procedure completed all the relevant paperwork.
She examined with ears to ascertain problem with my hearing loss. Previous high street specialist failed to clean the ears
Rebecca cleaned out both earways removing all the wax. Immense improvement in hearing.
