He has constantly followed up for all phases of the shipment (booking, when the car was picked up, updates on the route, and when it was dropped off) to make sure everything was going well. Paula has done a great job helping me with the move of my car. From the beginning she was transparent with the low bid and help me find a truck and negotiated a price that was acceptable to me. The move was flawless as she kept me up to date with when the pick up was. The driver was excellent as he communicated with me the eta. I recently reached out to various places to try and move my car from Denver to ABQ after I was in a small crash the first day of college. While I was concerned at first, because it seemed so simple, and the informal text messages made communication, almost beyond easy, I was very happy to have a smooth moving process thanks to Derek Hicks, who always made sure to communicate and help me in a moments notice. The only criticism I honestly have, is it was so easy it seemed fake, but was entirely real and I am beyond satisfied! Highly recommend to anyone without reservation.
