We had a cruise booked in October 2025, which we were forced to cancel. We just re-booked the same cruise for April, 2027. Crui.se are an amazing agency. I worked with Rachel and Rebecca, two of the most experienced agents and two of the best! They fought for the most competitve all-inclusive fares, they communicate promptly, making the whole experience, a pleasure from beginning to end.

The best cruise we have been on. Excellent catering, several interesting local wines, good excursions, entrance to several 'not usually open to public' visits, knowledgeable guides, friendly staff.

Good telephone response. Answered questions clearly. Good company

From the very start the staff were so very knowledgeable and competent
and they answered all of my questions in a cheery and professional manner. We discussed all of the relevant issues for the trip and the booking was confirmed by email within the following 45 minutes. Nothing was too much trouble and my passport details were checked too. When one is served by a truly well-informed person it inspires confidence and satisfaction.

We have used this company before and as four elderly travellers we have found that they have listened to our various needs with great patience and made every effort to make sure that our travel arrangements are suitable for each of us. They put no pressure on us to make us feel rushed into making decisions. Couldn’t be more helpful.

Rebecca was helpful and knowledgeable. I had to pay in full given short time frame and not being sure of my credit limits, she helpfully suggested splitting the payment between two cards. Job done. I now await docs she mentioned but I have forgotten.

The experience with Carley was very easy, helpful, friendly and professional. I told her what I was looking for and she came back to me quickly with a couple of options. The option for this year (2026) was a great deal which I wouldn’t have been able to source without her help. I am now taking my Dad on the cruise of his dreams in his 90th year. Thanks Carley 🙏

I cannot recommend Crui.se highly enough and in particular Rachel one of their travel specialists. She was so professional and knowledgeable about the river cruise we’d chosen and helped us to decide on the operator to travel with. She researched all our options and came back to us as she’d promised with a superb itinerary that completely fulfilled our remit. She gave us excellent guidance on decks and type of rooms to pick and better still all at a very good price. I feel like she took a lot of pressure from us “‘to get it right’ and cannot thank her or recommend her highly enough. As a result we definitely won’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you Rachel.

Rebecca of Crui.se.com was more than helpful. She scoured the available options and responded to each of my questions and requirements. In the end she came up with a cruise that I was not previously aware of but which suited all my
needs - the flights, the dates, the route, the cabin and the price. Well done all round!

Rachel really made the booking as easy as possible with her friendly manner . It’s not easy booking when you have 3 seniors going away . One of them my Mother of 92 years old .. taking her 1st river cruise . What I really appreciated from Rachel was her support and emails that arrived on time and phone calls . I came across Crui.se by accident when following a link to a river cruise that I was interested in. I was a bit sceptical about it being genuine at first. I left my details and later on that day received a call from Carley. The cruise I was interested in didn't fly direct from Scotland but Carley said that she could look to see who did. She asked what my budget was, when I wanted to go & what kind of accommodation I wanted. She said that she would look to see what was available and email me some quotes. Very shortly after I received said quotes to browse. By the time I'd dithered about emailing some further questions to Carley the date I was thinking of had gone. Carley then looked & found different dates for the same cruise. It was actually cheaper & had more cabin choice. I went ahead and booked & saved myself £260 compared to booking directly with the cruise company. This will be our first river cruise & if it goes as smoothly as the booking process it will be great. Carley was friendly, informative and there was no hard sell. Would definitely use again if booking another cruise.
