Good afternoon,
Thank you for contacting us. We see you paid on the site using 'Amazon Pay' However the order has come up as cancelled from our end. We did check on this payment when you raised the issue with us. And Amazon confirmed that you made payment, but then stated that a cancellation was made by the customer. We see a cancellation is processing on Amazon, so we arent sure what happened other then a payment was made and then a cancellation was made straight after. This is why the payment from our side shows as not paid.

If there is an issue with your Amazon account to make payments we would advise to use an alternative payment method as we have many other options available.

Hi there — thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! 🌱 We’re thrilled to hear that our 12 Mushrooms Complex Capsules and Wild Yam Root Extract have become part of your daily wellness routine.

At Vegishake we formulate every organic mushroom supplement with a synergistic blend of reishi, lion’s mane, cordyceps, chaga and eight other adaptogenic fungi, all carefully dried and milled to preserve their natural beta-glucans and phytonutrients. Customers often tell us that this broad-spectrum adaptogenic mushroom stack is ideal for supporting everyday vitality, sustained focus and a balanced response to life’s ups and downs — all without stimulants or artificial fillers.

Pairing that with our Wild Yam herbal capsules (standardised for diosgenin, vegan-friendly, non-GMO) can be a smart way to nurture overall harmony. Wild Yam is a time-honoured botanical that many wellness enthusiasts include in natural hormone support programmes, especially those looking for a gentle, plant-based option to complement exercise, balanced nutrition and mindfulness practices.

We’re delighted that you’ve noticed an energy lift and a smoother sense of balance through hectic days. While everyone’s experience is unique, feedback like yours reminds us why we insist on UK batches,

If you ever have questions about serving size, stacking ideas (for example combining Maca Root Powder, Ashwagandha or our Organic Spirulina & Chlorella capsules), or simply want more tips on integrating natural energy supplements into an active lifestyle, our team is here to help.

Thank you again for choosing Vegishake for your herbal supplements UK needs. Wishing you continued vibrancy on your wellness journey! 🌿

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We're really glad you found Vegishake.co.uk while searching for mushroom-based supplements, and that you chose to try both our 6 Mushroom Blend Capsules and Chaga Mushroom Powder — two powerful additions to any natural wellness routine.

Our 6 Mushroom Blend includes a synergistic combination of functional fungi like Reishi, Cordyceps, Shiitake, Maitake, Lion’s Mane, and Chaga — all well known in the world of adaptogenic mushroom supplements for supporting:

Immune system function

Cellular health and antioxidant protection

Natural energy levels

Inflammation balance and recovery support

Chaga in particular is highly regarded for its rich antioxidant profile and is often used by those seeking joint support, anti-inflammatory effects, and general immune resilience.

While it’s early days, we’re happy to hear that you’ve already started to feel more revitalised and experienced less discomfort — many users find that functional mushrooms work best when taken consistently over time. Key search terms like chaga for inflammation, reishi for immune support, and lion’s mane for energy and clarity are what many customers are exploring — and your experience speaks directly to that.

Thanks again for trusting Vegishake for your UK mushroom supplement needs. We’re here if you ever want help combining your mushrooms with other popular natural products like Ashwagandha Extract, Turmeric & Ginger Capsules, or Moringa Leaf Powder to enhance your wellness stack even further.

Wishing you continued vitality and relief! 🌿
