Frustrating experience with unprofessional staff
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the representatives at CrossCountry Consulting. The services themselves are mediocre at best, offering nothing impressive. The real problem lies in the way the company handles communication. Information is vague, updates arrive late, and transparency is completely absent. Some representatives were outright rude and unprofessional, making interactions stressful and unpleasant. This company leaves clients feeling ignored and undervalued. I cannot recommend working with relying on them.
