About Crosfil Crosfil is an independent streetwear brand based in Boulder, Colorado, designing dark-themed Hawaiian shirts and heavyweight cotton t-shirts for people who appreciate the unusual. We make wearable pieces inspired by cryptid folklore, classic horror, cult cinema, occult symbolism, and 80s neo-noir aesthetics. Our collections — CRYPTID, ARCANA, ELDRITCH, HORROR, GAME OVER, CULT CINEMA, TWISTED, and CREATURES — are designed in-house and made-to-order for each customer. Every shirt is printed on-demand through our trusted manufacturing partner. Hawaiian shirts feature all-over seamless prints across front, back, sleeves, and collar, available in cotton, rayon, and polyester. T-shirts use heavyweight 230gsm cotton with vibrant DTF printing. We believe great design should tell a story. Whether it's a Patterson-Gimlin tribute, a Point Pleasant Mothman piece, or a vintage cryptid conspiracy print — each design carries meaning, craft, and a little bit of darkness. We ship worldwide from our production partners, with full tracking on every order. Production typically takes 3 business days, with delivery in 5 business days to most countries including the US, UK, EU (Germany, France, Netherlands), Canada, and Australia. Thank you for supporting independent design. We're a small team and your feedback genuinely matters to us. — The Crosfil Team Boulder, Colorado, USA

I wanted to order two XXL men's shirts…
I wanted to order two XXL men's shirts from these folks, but I made a mistake, and accidentally ordered one lady's and one men's shirt. I contacted them immediately after discovering MY error. They responded promptly and made the correction prior to shipment. Once I received the corrected order, I found that the shirts were smaller than most US XXL sizes (their sizing page link went to a dead web page). After contacting them about my dilemma, they have agreed to send me the next size up at no extra cost once I post this review. We are not at the end of the road yet with my transaction, but I am very happy with the responsiveness of their customer service to this point.

I ordered the bigfoot alien shirt as a gift.
I ordered the bigfoot alien shirt as a gift. I ordered it too large. Crosfil has kept in constant contact with me and I have no issues getting a replacement. I'd order again. They loved the shirt!

great product and great customer service. it does take a week or two to arrive (which is communicated in the order pre-process) but worth it. love the neon coast Hawaiian and wendigo golf polos! very popular on course! customer service also A+ for getting me the wendigo quickly after wrong shirt shipped and they let me keep the incorrect shirt as a bonus! can't beat that.

Refused to honor "satisfaction guaranteed"
I purchased two items, both of which were poor quality. Customer service would not honor their "100% satisfaction or a full refund" guarantee. They refunded one item after acknowledging that they had used a fake product image on their website, and the shipped product did not match. The other item, a Hawaiian shirt, was made of translucent fabric. That feature was not described or disclosed. They offered a coupon instead of a refund.
Overall, a shady and dishonest company.
Everything is drop shipped from China. You have 2 hours after completing an order to cancel. Just a terrible experience all around.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Brian. We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We’d like to clarify that we did review the concerns you raised and provided assistance based on the issues we were able to verify. When we identified an issue with one of the items, we offered a refund for that item. For the Hawaiian shirt, while we understood your concerns about the fabric, we did not find it to be a manufacturing defect, so we offered an alternative goodwill resolution.
We respect your decision if our proposed solution was not what you were looking for. Our team has done its best to communicate openly and work toward a fair resolution, and we’re sorry we could not reach an outcome that satisfied you.
Fantastic shirt and great costumer…
Fantastic shirt and great costumer service, with excellent communication. After a mix up on sizes of shirt for a Memento Mori Hawaiian Shirt (mostly on my part!), Gina, at Crosfil customer services was very helpful and patient and sorted me out a new shirt. I highly recommend these unique, good quality shirts and will be buying more of their designs in the future.

Watch the sizing
The shirts I ordered were fabricated and delivered in a reasonable time. The fabric pattern and the cut of the shirts were as they appeared on the website. The sizing runs smaller than the measurements listed on the website. I appreciate that they offered to replace the shirts with ones the next size up. I would encourage you to order one size bigger than your current size.

Great cotton fabric
I purchase the Bigfoot/alien/flying saucer short-sleeved shirt for my husband for his birthday. It's a true cotton fabric, with just a tad spandex for stretch. Wonderful texture. However, after my husband tried it on, it was too small. Crosfil was easy to work with to get a larger size.

Fab shirt-narrow fit!
Ordered the Cthulu Hawaiian shirt as a gift for my son and Crosfil were great at keeping me informed of delivery. Shirt looked fab on arrival. The cut of the shirt is very slim fitting so if you're wider round the waist I'd suggest ordering the next size up! Crosfil were fantastic about this and are sending a larger size.

Nice Pattern but Very Poor Quality Fabric
The pattern of the short is nice but the quality is very low. The fabric is so cheap it's almost see-through.

I thought it was Extinct, Customer Service, that is…
When I made the purchase, I was already on the fence about the correct size to buy. Depending on the quality
Of the clothing, if its cheap, I’m a 2XL. If its high quality, I’m an XL. Quality products are just made a little bigger & cheap stuff is made a little smaller. The quality of the shirts is incredible… and big. I’m 6’2” 205LBS with wide shoulders and kind of a barrel chest (its just genetics, I’m not complimenting my physique) so I find shirts aren’t wide enough in the shoulders so the pit of shirts grinds my arm pits. Not a chance with these shirts. I love them, unfortunately I questioned the quality, so I ordered 2XL’s & I’m swimming in them. But then the most remarkable thing happened. Someone was on the other end of the line & listened to me. I explained that I had made the purchase for an event & I wouldn’t have time to send back the 1’s I have, for them get them, then process the return, & then finally put the correct size in the mail. The lady I spoke with completely got my urgency & put the correct size in the mail. Yeah, she’s going to trust that I’m not a dirt bag, & I am, I’m a dirt bag, and just hope I send these back. And dirt bag or not, I will put these in the mail tomorrow. Customer service just doesn’t operate like that anymore. Nobody told me to go online & read articles to find the one closest to my issue. It was done via email & they were so prompt in replying, I almost though I had been hacked. So, as far as the quality of the clothing, just remarkable. The lines are on point, the cut us perfect. So happy with the quality of the shirts. But as far as customer service goes… it is actually customer service. I don’t know when we as consumers decided that we would be less important than CEO’s of the companies we buy from but businesses need to have record profits. If that means firing your support staff & purchasing an AI chatbot at the cost of your customer service & reputation, so be it. I’m still in shock that someone took the time to respond and then of all things listened, empathized & then to my amazement, think of me first. Yeah, she thought of me before bottom line. I think I need a celebration shot because I may have just, not only witnessed, but played an active roll in the final episode of customer service. I’m going to DisneyLand

We’re especially glad we could understand the urgency and get the correct size on its way without making you go through a long, complicated process. Knowing that you felt heard, valued, and genuinely cared for is exactly what we strive for.
And your description of the shirts made us smile—wide shoulders and a barrel chest officially approved! 😂 We hope the new size fits perfectly and that you have an amazing time at your event.
Enjoy that celebration shot—and have a fantastic time at Disneyland! 🥳🏰🤘
Great shirts! 10/10 🤘
Great shirts!! Ordered a couple to test since it was my first time ordering from their site. Measurements were spot on and the shirts are fantastic!! i got the polyester so theres slight stretch that’s great across the shoulders. The shirts are light, comfortable and the design print is crisp. Already ordered four more!! To my fellow big dudes with broad shoulders. These are the droids you’re lookin for 🤘
