Ho effettuato un ordine il 16 dicembre 25 per un bracciale Breil da regalare a Natale. Nonostante i miei ripetuti solleciti prima delle festività, sono stata ricontattata solo il 6 gennaio. Il sito non era aggiornato e il prodotto non era disponibile da tempo, ma nessuno si è degnato di inviarmi una semplice mail per avvisarmi del disservizio, facendomi così saltare il regalo di Natale.

Oltre al danno e alla mancanza di tempestività, trovo inaccettabile il comportamento post-vendita: dopo aver ricevuto una mia precedente recensione negativa, l’azienda ha cercato di farla oscurare e mi ha fatto pressioni affinché la cancellassi, invece di scusarsi seriamente e per tempo, per il disagio causato.

Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio per la mancanza di trasparenza sulle disponibilità reali dei prodotti ma soprattutto per l'atteggiamento poco professionale verso il diritto di opinione dei clienti.

Ottimo shop online di gioielli: vasta scelta, prodotti originali e spedizione veloce. Molto soddisfatto anche della selezione di Morellato, qualità eccellente e prezzi competitivi.

Professionalità e serietà sempre al primo posto…

Ordered watch. Paid. I was told that it was shipped. However, when I asked repeatedly and posted the review here, it turned out that it had not yet been shipped. My original review was very bad. I have not received the watch yet. I am not upset about the delay but about the false communications. If I receive the watch I will give one more star, but in general communication is slow and not sufficient for the price of these items, imho.

BEWARE, DON'T ORDER OR BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

Almost 7 months ago (24th of June 2025) I ordered a watch and paid for it (€ 469,22). I still haven't received the watch and after several e-mails from me why they don't ship/deliver the watch, they don't give a proper explanation and come with all kind of excuses.
I asked them several times to cancel my order and pay back my money, but they don't do anything.
To my latest 2 e-mails with the request to pay back my money, they don't even reply anymore.

Let this be a warning to you, don't order/buy anything here.
If you still aren't convinced and want to take a shot, please use a Creditcard, then you have some kind of insurance that you won't lose your money.

Bonjour après 1mois de retard sur la livraison j ai enfin reçu le colis ,produit de très bonne qualité , service client à mon écoute il on tout fait pour retrouver mon colis très professionnel

We visited Maori in October and stopped into this shop on our way to dinner. We purchased two pretty bracelets as gifts for friends. My husband saw a Swatch Watch that he really liked but we had to get to dinner and we were leaving the next morning. I thought we would see another one as were only halfway through our trip.

Sadly, we did not see another watch. When we returned home, I reached out to the shop via WhatsApp and he responded quickly. He send photos of the watches and I confirmed the one my husband liked. The shop owner worked with me to arrange payment, and shipping. He was very good with consistent communication and provided tracking information.

The watch arrived in perfect condition and faster than I expected. My husband will be very surprised and happy come Christmas Day! I can’t say enough about how helpful and professional this shop owner was.

I would not hesitate to recommend this shop and owner to others.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Worst Experience Ever — Zero Responsibility and No Refund

I have never experienced such irresponsible and careless service like I did with Cirivellishopping. My order has been stuck since June, and till today, I haven’t received my product or my refund.

First, they shipped my package to the wrong city — they sent it to Bangalore while I clearly live in Chennai. After that, instead of fixing their mistake, they kept blaming Indian customs and giving excuses. I was fully ready to clear the duty myself, but they kept delaying everything.

And here comes the worst part:

I personally went to the UPS office in Chennai with the earlier email they sent. UPS checked the parcel and told me the truth — Cirivellishopping declared the shipment as a “DOCUMENT.” But when they scanned it, it showed a watch inside.
Because of this wrong declaration made by them, UPS could not deliver it to me, and now there is a penalty because of their mistake.

Let me be very clear:
YOU pay the penalty, and I will clear the customs duty immediately.
I have been cooperative from day one, but your team has taken zero responsibility.

For months, the product has been stuck, they haven’t corrected their mistake, and worst of all — they have not refunded my money. Every time, only excuses and no proper solution.

This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I strongly warn others:
Do not trust this seller. Once they take your money, you will only get excuses — not service.

Muss wieder schreiben damit Ihr wirklich gewarnt seit vor allem keine Uhr zu kaufen. Lest meine vorherige Bewetung. Am Sonntag hat man mir geschrieben das Paket wäre bei UPS aufgegeben worden und schickte mir ein Foto.Auf Anfrage bei UPS sagte man mir aber die Ware wäre immer noch nicht übergeben worden. Alles nur hinhalten.
