Hi Roger, I am sorry to hear your package did not arrive. However, I don't feel that giving us one star before we have had a chance to resolve anything reflects our customer service. I found an email this morning with no order number and the text "Where is my order?" sent 3 hours ago. Working from this and your review I have located the order and can confirm it was dispatched on the same day you made it, and looking at the tracking, I assume that Royal Mail has misplaced it. This was the first time we were aware of any issues with your order.
Christmas is a busy time for Royal Mail, and they will likely experience issues. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Given the proper communication, we will do everything possible to ensure your order gets to you.
I will ensure that your email is responded to today, and we will offer you the option of replacements or a full refund as is our policy.

Just Perfect !
Package came super quickly ! Everything was exactly (if not better than) what i was hoping.
And even if after testing it in a bath of salted water it wasn't really balanced, in actual rolls it's really is !

Excellent service and products, it is my first time buying from Critical Kit and I won't hesitate to use them again, I ordered 2 items but on separate orders, they contacted myself to inform me they would refund 1 set of postage as they would be shipped together, top customer service. Highly Recommend.

Poor customer service and charges for shipping faulty items
Ordered an expensive set of dice and pouch for a birthday gift. One of the dice was flawed, emailed the support email given but got no reply, no contact phone number supplied to follow up issue.
Details on website that’s you are to return faulty items (I only have one thing part of a set that is faulty) and that buyer is to wear the costs of returning faulty item and ALSO the cot of sending out a replacement. Pretty poor if the company are sending out the faulty item themselves.
Nice items but terrible customer service.

Hi Sue, sorry to hear you had this experience. The above policy is for non-faulty returns. When we have items with a fault, we always send out a replacement set, or issue a refund and generally let the customer keep the set. I'm not sure why your email never reached us. Could you drop an email to hello@criticalkit.co.uk and we will work towards a full replacement set or a refund.

Horrible customer service
Ordered from 3 times, in the first order 2 sets were wrong, took them a month to fix and even then the liquid core "fix" wasn't the one I ordered. The third (to use up my points) they haven't been able to send two sets from since July (3 months now). Said they'd finally send it after 2 months of communication via email, but haven't received a tracking number. Have been lied to multiple times about it "getting sent today", with different excuses why they haven't been later. At least I got my refund for one of the sets they couldn't send. The dice itself are fine, they're beautiful and well made, but 2/3 is not a good rate and their customer service has been terrible at fixing mistakes

Great choice of dice
Great choice of dice, some more unusual styles and colours, always fast dispatch, my Grandaughter just opened the 1st halloween dice from the calender and it's great quality with nice clear skull with red eyes inside, I have bought a few unique designs now, really pleased.

Disappointing (and German customs had issues with recognizing VAT paid upfront)
I ordered (ORDER CK-32283), I got a confirmation, I got spammed with 'rate us' mails soon.
But I not even got a tracking number. Only when I explicitly asked for it.
Then I had an issue with German customs as the VAT I paid was not recognized. But Critical Kit offered me a refund on this.

Hi Tom, we're sorry to hear about your experience and we would like to assure you that we are registered with the EU via IOSS and we pay duties. We do occasionally have problems with Germany and their VAT administration. When these cases occur, if you let us know we will refund you any VAT you have paid.
We would appreciate it if you remove the word fraud from your review as it is unnecessarily defamatory against our processes. As mentioned, we are happy to refund VAT paid, but we can't do this unless you contact us to let us know. This review is the first time you have informed us of this. In light of this, we are contacting TrustPilot with evidence to have the word removed. We are happy for the rest of the review to stand if it is an honest reflection of your experience with us.
