Ordered a VMAX Pikachu box however, they sent an email saying they we're not getting enough stock to send to everyone and would be sending out refunds.

They never sent a refund to me. I've tried contacting through their paypal email(It can't be found?!), the email listed on their site, and through the contact us form. I haven't had a single response.

So I ordered a binder from them 3 weeks ago and they instantly took the money for it. I've received no emails after this from them. Since then I've tried multiple times to contact them with no response, it looks like they've taken down their email as I get an automated response saying that the message could not be sent to them as it was not allowed to (works for any other email I send so the problem is on their end).

Looking on here I can see this is a common problem with them so would definitely encourage you to go elsewhere. I'm going to have to look at getting my money back via either my bank or the small claims court, as they refuse any sort of contact.

They are still actively posting onto their Facebook so it's not a case of them not seeing it, it's them choosing to ignore customers they've stolen money from.

Horrible customer service, stay away from this appalling company

Edit: After I sent another email saying that I'd have to go to and ombudsman/small claims court they did refund my purchase within 30 mins. They claimed to not have seen the previous attempts of contact but saw this one through the same form of contact.

Still trying to get in contact with these guys over my Pika V Union box. Took my money and no word of my product, happy to be posting around social media but when you message them they read your message and do nothing.

Having to go through my bank to get my money back due to the incompetence of this company.

I don't understand how this store has apparently a good reputation. They ignore customer's messages, don't send any updates about orders and just basically steal the money and hope nobody notices.
It's about a Pokemon Celebrations order if anyone reads this. They apparently did not have enough products to fulfil the amount of orders they had for the Pikachu Vmax Figure collection, and instead just cancelled on people. But not to me, since I heard nothing about it until someone told me. So they just go about to silently take people's money and hope we don't notice?! hellooo all I asked for is an update and I am done waiting. I hope paypal comes through with a chargeback -.-

Update: I just saw that they decided to filter out the negative comments on their Facebook and block comments on a certain post on Instagram where people have been discussing the same issues they have with their orders.

I like playing card games here. It’s got everything you need all under one roof: from Pokémon trading cards to Digimon trading cards and everything in between.

It’s easily the second friendliest place in Liverpool, or at the very least the second friendliest *game shop* in Liverpool. I can’t speak for the whole of Merseyside though as I’ve never been to the Wirral.

The food is better than Tesco meal deals, but there’s a Tesco round the corner so you can eat a meal deal outside the shop; should you so wish.

There is a Monster Energy drink fridge which is both well stocked and cold.

Scammers! Avoid! they take money, no dispatch email but reply to a message saying been posted. Never comes then ignore ALL forms of message so have to claim refund via paypal which has taken a MONTH.

Usage of your website was absolutely fine, however the package has not arrived even 8 days since i ordered it and with no update on the shipping progress or information regarding the delivery i am unsure whether i have missed the product's delivery or it is still in transit.

Ordered from this company on a number of occasions and they are always great, would recommend to anyone!

Andy and the team are awesome! More than happy to help with the vast stock they have and will order in requests if they can. Free entry for all your hobby needs like TCG and Warhammer. Good menu to keep you going in Liverpool's largest shop of its kind. Child friendly too and even the patrons are approachable.

Excellent experience, very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect place to play any board/card game, I had a blast playing dnd with my friends there. Food is also great!
