Easy after hours check-in, a few issues with the condo but. They were resolved quickly.

I've used this services for many years. Always works out well for us.

Unit 232 was a bit disappointing compared to others we've stayed in at Hale Kamaole. The lanai cupboard was locked when we got there - it too a few days to get access to the beach chairs and Parasol - and then they were rather old and worn out!! The unit is a bit run down - cleaning wasn't that great, either, especially shower door. I must say that that Eric was great to deal with, as was the lady who came to open the lanai door - delightful. We were moved to unit 110 for the last night - what a lovely contrast!! Immaculate, plus lots of little touches like shampoo, spices for cooking etc. - all the things we've usually expected in units since we first visited Hale Kamaole in 1983! I wish we'd been in 110 the whole visit. Still, we did have a wonderful time, I admit!!

They were very thorough and everything they had explained turned out perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall the unit is very nice with a great view of the ocean, and everything you need to enjoy your stay in Maui.

We have stayed in the same unit 3 times since 2017, and the sheets and towels should have been replaced after our first visit. They are in even worse shape now.

The building was in a good location, parking was good, the grounds where kept immaculate.
The unit was fairly clean except for some dead bugs in some of the drawers and as time went by we had to kill a couple of beetles and cockroachs (probably normal for the climate but a little unsettling). The unit was well equipped but unfortunately the sheets were torn. I told the rental company and they were replaced right away with new ones. They where very apologetic and overall the customer service was very good.
The price was a bit high, but it was high season.

Loved the condo and location. Just bring supplies since it is limited.

A beautiful property, with, just the perfect location in paradise! It's six floors up and on the beach... We spent the mornings watching the sunrise, sipping kona coffee and watching the whales jump! Then walked the beach... lot's of boat and board rentals nearby. Also nearby is shopping, and lot's of restaurants. Kehei's central location means that side trips to the volcanos and Maui's beautiful scenic drives are closer. There is a wonderful Luau in nearby Wailea too! We would definitely return! Mahalo! Y'all! ;-)

Initially our accommodations was difficult for our parents, but the condominium rental company definitely took care of our needs. I am already booking through them again.

The bed linens, quilt, is not clean. There were blood spots on it. The lighting was dark in the kitchen. The rug just needs to go. Overall, a bit run down.

Unit 137 is awesome

Very disappointed in this unit.
Carpet is light in color and horribly stained.
Vacuum is filthy and smells up the unit with a smelly dirty sock smell!
Kitchen faucet broke and we had no use of kitchen for a day.
Bathroom shower needs to be regrouted as the white grout is holding a deep mold that I can't clean it, doors need replacement.
Outside screen doors are nearly impossible to open or close.
The living room wicker chairs are so uncomfortable and old they need to be replaced.

We have stayed at Sugar Beach since the late 70's on and off. When we booked I mentioned that fact and as returning customers should, in my opinion be put in a nice unit. We booked in early May. We are so disappointed as we have loved this property for years! Have sent many friends and family here and now feel we were not given any consideration for our long standing friendship at the time of booking.
I would suggest your booking agents actually see the units you use as we were sent a picture that shows none of the problems. Also, the inspectors of units need to look at more than the cleanliness of the units.... Try things out! A visual look is not enough!
I've never written a review such as this and it's not easy.
Hopefully many corrections will be made to unit 526 very soon so others will not be disappointed.

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities. Ocean view, sunsets, heated pool, hot tub, and long walks on beach, snorkeling and swimming. Just great!

Our stay was wonderful. But, the checkout time was too early and the late checkout fee was unreasonable. It is better to negotiate a rate before you rent the unit.

Easy to talk with. All arrangements were accomplished on time. The unit was clean and about what we expected. Auto arrangements went great. No complaints

Wonderful property...but beyond that, communication was very good, staff was thoughtful and responsive, and every attempt was made to accommodate my requests.

The location is perfect! The condo was really nice and quaint. I just wish the bed was more comfortable

Sugar Beach: The BEST place on Maui to stay.Great condos, great location, great activities desk..and a Farmers Market just steps away off the beach . CRH sets everything up nicely: tell them what you want and they will get it for you: want a crock pot on your condo? BINGO. And Charla is the go-getter at the top of the chain there. Ask for her when you call!
