We had a great experience with CreteVillas. The place we stayed in was stunning, and the frequency of emails / data we got from the agency was helpful.

Couple of things they could do to make life slightly easier:

1: create a facial recognition log-on app, so that whenever we needed to log on to check details, we didn’t have to keep retrieving our booking number.

2: check the settings in their email system. Occasionally, I got update emails in Greek - which, whilst respecting I was actually in Greece, still meant I had to translate via google.

But on the whole, a good 9/10 experience.

Absolutely brilliant stay! The host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and he sent though lots of great suggestions for beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be back at some point!

Host was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The house is clean and he was available via WhatsApp whenever we needed. The house is just a bit far from the city so plan ahead for food.

Great stay in à very nice villa with pool in Mariou, near Plakias. Great contact with Petros. Easy to check in and check out. No Nothing wrong to say. Very nice villa!
