The Colorado real estate school’s videos are the best of the best and Jon, the owner/instructor will truly go above and beyond to help you get your license. I got through the curriculum in less than 2 months and passed the exam on my first time with an 85% on both the state and national exam. I would highly recommend Colorado Real Estate School to anybody trying to get their license.

He's very interactive and acknowledges all on the line, He even calls out your name and answers the questions at that time. Other students also share their success in the journey of education. I passed my tests on my first try. While these classes seem daunting in the beginning and in the middle and then again at the end, I was prepared and I passed. Thanks for starting me off on my new journey.

The crash course review helped me pass my exam -- it was almost like Luke hearing Obi Wan's voice when he was shooting at he Death Star. Of course, in this case there was no explosion (all I got was a "Pass" message on the screen), but still, you know, it was exciting.

The school is easy to navigate the classes are very informative and allow you to get the most out of your education.
They also offer web cast and study information.

The course is very well designed. I watched the YouTube review before I started the course. The reading material is way too much. Be honest I didn’t read it but watch the lesson and take the quiz. John did the excellent job to explain the contract and closing part. The state exam questions is very close to the questions in the course so two thumbs up.

I really enjoyed the classes and the passion the instructors have for this industry!

Most of the class was great and I passed the exam on my first try today so I think overall it was a great experience. My only issues were that one or two of the classes had readings formatted oddly and made them hard to read, and the classes taught by the gentleman who was NOT Jon (I think his name was Ed) were slightly tough to listen to - it was a bit like listening to the teacher played by Ben Stein in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. But the rest was great, Pamela and Jon were very engaging and the exam cram the other day was particularly helpful. Thank you!

Passed the national and state exam first try! Easy system to follow with educated professors. If John and or Pamela could do the whole course, that would be ideal. Lost my 5 star because the one speaker who does a couple lessons (can’t even remember his name) was very repetitive, lots of background noise and overall very hard to engage with. Overall would recommend!

Amazing! Aced the exam on the first try. Their prep materials are top notch. Saw a ton of questions on the exam that were in the prep.

CRES was very thorough from start to finish with tons of helpful literature provided for printing off and practicing/following along.

I recommend attending one of the monthly webinars, as you get to interact in real time with John, the founder of CRES and other students. This is where you can ask detailed questions regarding some of the most important topics to help you truly understand the material instead of just trying to memorize it!
