The Colorado Real Estate school(CRES) gave me the necessary knowledge not only to pass the test but also provided the practical skills required to be successful in my future real estate career. I looked through various schools online but CRES stood out for me as it was very structured. Jon has done a wonderful job breaking down all the concepts in a humorous way that will stick into your head for rest of your real estate career. I took the entire course in 4 weeks and also attended some of their weekly Q&A sessions and exam cram(highly recommend) and passed by my test scoring over 90% on both national and state side. I want to thank all the CRES staff for their wonderful support during my short journey.

Jon did a great job creating a comfortable class room setting for all to learn. Good interaction with class and answering questions. Only thing is I wish we touched more topics then we did. Focused on a couple longer than expected, it’s probably partially my fault. I was under the impression we’d touch everything in the course while reviewing key points and I should have had questions ready with topics since it seems like sometimes those questions that were asked took away time from actually getting through the course. Highly recommend this class though to anyone trying to get their license. Thanks Colorado real estate school! You guys rock.

This school has given me the confidence to be a Realestate broker.

Their practice tests were very similar to the state and national test. I basically got the same scores on the real tests as I was averaging on their practice tests. Some of the videos are dry and hard to watch, but I'm not sure they could do more with the subject material. The video's did really prepare me for the tests.

I signed up for the Real Estate Cram session and was impressed on how it prepared me for the National and Colorado State exams. I enjoyed learning all of this information and thankfully was successful the first time taking the exams.

The Exam Cram was a full day of content review that I have no doubt will help me to pass the exam and to be a knowledgeable realtor for my future clients.

I started with another online school and switched to Colorado Real Estate School because I wanted the videos and more interactive format. There is a lot I like about CRES, but there are definitely things that need improvement.
PROS: Very responsive to emails and questions, lots of additional support with webinars and the Exam Cram, lots of exam prep questions that really helped me be ready for my test
CONS: The videos are very hard to get through as the speaker talks so slow and is not engaging at all. The info graphics remind me of what my teachers did in high school (and I was in high school nearly 20 years ago) so it feels very outdated and dry. I also got very frustrated that many of the question on an exam weren't covered until the NEXT SECTION. So I would have to look a lot of things up online to complete the exams, and then the next video would cover the exact things I was looking up. So the flow isn't great. It would also be nice to have a percent complete thing to show how much you have left. The course outline and list of classes doesn't give you an idea of how far you have to go to complete the course. The other RE school I was doing before this one had a running percentage clock that made it so easy to know how much I had done and how much was left.
Overall, CRES gets the job done and its a great economic value. But it needs a lot of work to be up to date and user friendly. If price is most important to you, this is the school for you.

I absolutely loved the school and its curriculum. Heading into a new career isn’t always easy or stress-free, but I found the transition to be smooth and welcoming and their instruction to be thorough, resourceful, and effective. Really excited to begin my new forever career. Couldn’t have made it to this point without CRES.

CRE School is great. Their program is the reason I passed the CO reciprocal exam. Top notch all around.

Great personality which contributes to his in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate. Takes the time to ensure students comprehend the answer to each question.

I passed on my first try thanks to Colorado Real estate School and everyone there! They have always answered my calls and emails quickly, and were more than helpful and informative! I love their website and how they have everything set up. I originally finished all my classes and practice tests back in April I believe. But, due to Covid I was unable to test until September, when my enrollment was due to end in august. They were very understanding and extended my access to my practice tests and videos to study for my test in September. I have a toddler and a 7 year old who did school at home and we moved right before my test! I felt very overwhelmed, I truly don’t think I could’ve passed if it weren’t for their cram class and the classes they’d hold on crowdcast, and especially being able to study my practice tests! Thank you all so much ! I will always recommend anyone who wants to get their license to come here !

When I first started Real Estate School, I felt way in over my head. Studying law was never my strong suit in school, and I knew I would struggle with these portions of real estate. What made CRES'S approach a superior one was the consistent examinations after each lesson.

The repetition of taking a test between each lesson was very helpful for me in retaining the knowledge. CRES models their test questions after the real thing, so you know you're getting the best possible prep with their practice exams.

The endless resources provided, such as Thursday Q&A'S, social media support, and supplemental material was a game changer for me. I will go into my State/National Exam in 3 weeks with the upmost confidence in myself thanks to CRES. Thanks so much for the support, and for helping me get to a place I would have never saw myself a year ago.

Thank you!!! Jon, you have a first class program. I am a nurse and teach nursing at a local community College. I strive to make everything as close to real life, in the lab, as possible so my students are prepared for the clinical setting. This class set up was spot on to the real tests and allowed me to settle in to the test quickly and confidently. I took my tests yesterday, and by the grace of God, I passed them both on the first try.
