I have used Crescent verwood many times for servicing and buying motorcycles. Brin and Matt are both brilliant sales people who couldn’t be more helpful. Any questions I had have been answered by the team and looked after me every time in back in the showroom. I would definitely recommend crescent verwood to anyone looking to buy a new or used bike.

The sales guy Brin at the Verwood branch was very professional and we did the deal over the phone on a CCM Flat Tracker with out any problem at all. Excellent hassle free customer service and even free delivery Spot on.Great team. Many thanks Crescent Motorcycles.

I was going through a purchase enquiry for an R1. This seller was giving me all the information I needed on the day. I tried to call them to make the purchase after being given the delivery price for the bike. No answer after trying to ring several times. Then no reply to my emails. Now the bike has been removed from online! Total timewasters! I think they don't care about messing customers around.

I stumbled across Crescent Yamaha Verwood by just browsing for a bike. I enquired about a Kawasaki Versys 1000 and had a reply from Brin within a few hours. I visited the showroom the next day and was shown around the bike by Brin. His knowledge about the bike was brilliant even though it is not Yamaha. There was a total no pressure sale and the bike sold itself. Correspondence was excellent throughout and even when the bike was going through the workshop they called me to confirm it was in and would be ready for collection as arranged. A totally faultless service of which I highly recommend. I would happily buy my next bike from them. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Brin and the team.

Ordered and payed up front for a tank bag and ring mount from Cresent Yamaha Southampton on the basis that they'd get delivery within 5 days.
7 days and 2 phone calls later it's still not in.
Well I'm away tonight on a little bike trip and that's why I ordered the bag.
Disappointed.

Dropped into look at Hornet. Paul took my bike away gave it a brilliant clean.

I had my motor cycle MOT carried out here, and an advisory was given on my front tyre being close to legal limit, So I ordered a new front tyre to be fitted on the following Week
It was to be fitted on the following Wednesday at 14..00.
I arrived early on the day and was told that the tyre had not yet arrived, I waited for 3/4 hr to then be told that the tyre would not be in on that day.
However it would be in the next day and they would phone as soon as it arrived and it would be fitted as soon as I could get my bike to them.
On the following day No phone call at all, it is now Friday and still I have heard nothing from them.
Absolutely terrible service, I am now getting a tyre fitted else where, I will not be using Crescent in the future.

I ordered some parts for my bike, they arrived quickly, customer service was helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Bought a new Yamaha from these guys in December and was delighted with the overall service , deal and communication . The Dealership is based in Dorset and I'm in Scouse-land ( 300 miles away ) but the transaction was a piece of cake with all admin , delivery and questions sorted quickly and professionally .
The Sales bloke , Jack Miller was as good at his job as his Ozzie Moto namesake .

Absolutely stunning showroom with every single bike that is in there has clearly been prepared superbly. Brin my salesman was brilliant right from the start and is clearly very knowledgeable in what he does. I couldn’t have asked for more and if I decide to sell or buy another bike then this place will be right at the top of the list.

Dealt with a guy called Jack. So much a 'can do attitude' Very fair and honest company. Very pleased with the service and were a pleasure to do business with. Dealt with so many dealers in 30 years and most of them can't be arsed. These guys are so different, you can actually trust them. Most of this was Jack who inspired confidence in the sale

Excellent experience using Crescent Yamaha on purchasing a 2017 KTM Superduke R. Brin provided an excellent service throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Photos of the bike were sent across swiftly and it was presented in exceptional condition upon collection. Not once did I have to chase Brin for any info or updates, he was keeping me posted throughout and was even happy to wheel the bike out of the showroom for a proper look around when I turned up unannounced one Saturday. Perfect purchase from start to finish and will be using them to continue to service my KTM.

i bought a tracer 9 gt at crescent motorcycles verwood, i was dealt with by Brinley Stone. He was very professional and answered all my questions. we both came away with a great outcome. i will definitely be using them again in the future.

Used to use Crescent Yamaha in Verwood for parts for my track bike as I was recommended by a friend last year. But this time I spoke to a young lad who had no idea what he was talking about? Thought it was a Gytr PRO shop? Previously had good experiences with Robert & Matt. But after my last visit, I think I will go elsewhere where people know what they are selling.

I made contact regarding a 50cc Peugeot tweet for my 16 year old son for college. 50cc petrol scooters are really hard to get and there is high demand. I reserved the bike with a plan to visit the next day, we came from Bristol. Gavin said i didn’t need to pay a deposit but took one as it made me feel better knowing the bike was secured for my son. We travelled down and there in the showroom was the bike with sold sign on it. Gavin made me a coffee and we talked bikes in general. He talked my son through the bike which was great as it’s his bike not mine, simple things like checking the oil and how often and actually shown my son how to do it. They had even put L plates on it and bent over backwards to get it ready to take on the day to save us another trip. Cash buyers so no need for finance so can’t comment on that. Took details off my son for the log book and receipt etc. my son was buying the bike out of his own money so it was a big thing for him and me and Gavin was brilliant. Time to get the bike into my vw caddy, so ramp out and in it went, Gavin strapped it in with straps from the workshop and I offered to post them back but no need. On the way home my son was already talking about coming back in 12 months for a 125. We said our goodbyes and Gavin congratulated George on buying his first bike and George was treated like a young adult that he is and I would highly recommend them for such great customer service and making the whole process so good for both me and my son. Would we go back again all the way from Bristol on a two hour drive, absolutely we would without hesitation. We have visited bike shops closer to home and weren’t even acknowledged and this place was fantastic.
