Crep Protect Anmeldelser 

J'ai commandé les crep protect crates ainsi que des produits d'entretien de sneakers. Les crates sont faciles à assembler en suivant les instructions et leurs qualités sont excellentes. Sur les 18 commandés, une seule avait quelques rayures à peine visible, rien de grave. Avec de la patience, le montage fut facile et le rendu final est au niveau de mes attentes.
Les produits étaient bien emballés, en toute sécurité.
Je suis satisfait de toutes les étapes de mon expérience.

Got the product was faulty, filled out a form to complain you responded agreed to send a new one and never have. Not going to chase you over £15 but shame you can’t give good service. I understand you may get the odd fault just can’t understand poor service

Fine come as expected don’t like spray though

Great products, bring trainers up like new again prolonging the life of them.

Additionally, I'm astounded at the level of customer service that I have received. I discovered a slight defect with my Internet order so I used the contact form on the website to address my concerns. The response was extremely rapid and the resolution was better and more generous than I had imagined so I was super chuffed with this.

The turnaround for placing my order and even my replacement goods was extremely rapid too so I cannot fault crep protect in any way whatsoever weather purchasing direct or from JD sports.

They are great attending your issues and they quickly create very nice solutions.
To sum up, i'd recommend ordering crep protect even if you are not a sneaker head, just to test one product because the quality is brutal!

Excellent costumer service and very professional staff regarding shipping and product related small issue. Fast and to-the-point answers.

I sent an email over the weekend regarding 2 faulty crates, i received a response within hours and a replacement order was processed swiftly and will be shipped out to me today. Excellent customer service as always, we have 35+ of these crates ( who doesn't have a sneaker obsession right? Haha) and only a handful have had faults but the issues have always been rectified swiftly.

Sent an email regarding a faulty product I had purchased and got a very fast and efficient response and will now be receiving a replacement for my item within a couple days, very good and straightforward service and handled the issue very well

Brought directly from Crep Protect and it does the job. Used the spray on a couple of my trainers and it’s worked really well so far — water and dirt just slide off. Didn’t affect the material or colour either.

It was easy to apply, delivery was quick, and everything came well packaged. Early days, but I’m impressed. Would definitely recommend if you want to keep your creps clean.

Without any questions, they replaced my damaged product in a matter of a week. Truly great customer service and very fair regardless of who's fault it was with my order coming in damaged!

My parcel disappeared at FedEx so I Contacted Crep Protect and within minutes someone said they’d look into in. They heard nothing from FedEx so no questions asked they sent out a new order for me. It makes a change for a company to have so good customer service. ☺️ Will 100% buy from them again.

I ordered €169.30 of products from crep. Unfortunately we were not in when the delivery was attempted. I was supposed to sign for the delivery so instead of taking it to a drop off point it was left on the doorstep in full view.
I contacted crep about this and the customer service was terrible. I was told I must get video evidence from doorbell cams which wasn’t possible because no one has them facing my house. It was then apparently my fault for not contacting the delivery driver so I can change the delivery date. They told me a full investigation would be launched but after 8 weeks I’ve heard nothing. At least crep got there money though.
In short I paid almost €170 for no products and the run around from customer service. The only thing I can review is the service as I haven’t got any products.

The cure is really good and works really well but I feel the spray protectant does not work very well not matter how much or little I put on it doesn’t work very well I could take a light work outside on concrete and it’s got some stains that’s my only drawback either make it better or make the spray cheaper

This is the first time I buy from crep protect and customer service is very very good, i order from Saudi Arabia.

Issue with my product. Replaced straight away. Fantastic service
