My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I find it unreasonable and unprofessional to request sensitive personal documents such as a passport or ID just to verify an online purchase. In all my years of online shopping, I have never encountered such a policy.

My order was canceled simply because I refused to send my passport or ID. This is illogical and unacceptable, especially since I provided sufficient information to confirm my identity. This level of service reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

I urge the company to reconsider its policies and focus on building trust and efficiency in its operations. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Haven’t received my shoes yet but needed to write and appreciate “Jamie” from crep movement emailed me as soon as my size came available agian after being sold out! These guys and girls are amazing ! Will be using them alot more !

Customer service is absolutely brilliant, couldn’t recommend this company enough quickest delivery very helpful and great trainers. Had a slight problem with returning trainers and they ended up getting delivered back to me, messaged on instagram they replied and sorted it straight away.

Do not buy from these people or (kids lol), and don't believe all reviews as they themselves can write these amazing 5 star reviews! I will leave my number in this review so anyone can contact me and I will show them my receipt and photos of the faulty "25th anniversary" pair I bought from these guys! Yes they do arrive the next day but come on people when do you ever recieve next day delivery without paying around a tenner for this service! Upon inspection of the trainers I do believe they are authentic, however, I also believe it's quite possible that they are selling faulty tns, they must have a connect. When I challenged them regarding this matter and another that being they were overpriced after seeing the exact same pair for just under £100 cheaper from a well established sneaker company naming "KICKSCREW" the guy got all defensive straight away, completely different to when I spoke to him before and thought I was building a good rapport with these guys. I originally said I will be sending back and want a full refund, but due to the fact my property had recently been stolen I really needed another pair of trainers to where which the next day "monday" I was due to send them back, I further messaged them to see if they would give me a partial refund due to the fault on the left trainer which I have experienced the exact same fault from a pair of trainers I bought some years back from in store JD sports, so I am aware that these faults still can come of the production lines.. they would only offer 10% off the £225 plus £5 tip I gave these guys, I suggested that I believe they are deliberately selling faulty trainers because the very next day I was on my shop pay app what was used to pay for my pair, the "25th anniversary" pair in the exact same size I bought were sold out!, this guy then starts to be rude to me then said he is 16 years old and he will call the police on me because he believes I threatened a minor lol, because i stating to him, he is robbing people by overpricing faulty goods and what goes around comes around... disgusting service and faulty overpriced goods.. if you want to purchase any authentic sneaker I recommend stockx, shipped from America however, they usually arrive withing 5 days and you are not overcharged for shipping costs, and there is no large custom fees like how it is for KICKSCREW. Stockx and kickgame are the only places I bought my authentic sneakers in the past from and the only ones for me in the future.. if anyone wants to contact me for more info in regards to this company just message/WhatsApp me on 07440307334.

So, if you want to go there, why have you failed to mention how you actually made an apology to me for the rude manner you responded to me, when I was upset that I had waiting in for the hours royal mail stated they would be delivering my parcel, however, failed to do so!
Then I accepted your apology. When the trainers did arrive upon inspection, as explained above I noticed a bad fault on the front of the left foot, which I was not happy about considering the amount I was charged for these trainers, this was on a Saturday that I received the trainers and stated to use that I didn't want the trainers and would be sending them back on the Monday.. However, upon further thought of my cutprrent situation tha I really needed a new pair of trainers to wear due to the fact all my property had recently been stolen, so I decided tha on the Monday morning I would ask crepmovement for a partial refund instead of me having to send them back and not having a decent pair of trainers to wear for that week.. use decided to offer 10% without asking about the fault or anything.. it's like use knew of the fault already and when I explained above about how I came to see a day later tha the exact same "25th anniversary" editions in the exact same size tha I bought was sold out! Thats when I was really shocked and had suspicion, on top of the fact I further found crepmovement overcharged me for these particular trainers aswell, that I have been scammed by this business because how are you charging almost £100 more than a very well established sneaker supplier and how is it that I happen to buy your only stock in my sixpze tha just happens to be faulty!! Then I was like these must be selling snides or faulty sneakers hence why use only sell tns not no other sneakers lol. So I contacted use only for use to not take into any consideration to what i was stating and refused to give me an extra 10% which I thought was quite reasonable of me considering everything! I can't write no more here.

My Air Max Plus TN ‘Smokes’ arrived today and they’re absolutely unreal!!

The service at Crep Movement has really been second to none. I’ve bought 5 pairs now over the last few years but this time was a little different…

I got free shipping on my pair, when they arrived they were a little bit tight, I got in touch and they immediately let me send them back for a size up.

Each delivery was next day delivery so even after sending them back I still received the new size within 3 days.

It’s safe to say I’ll definitely be back and it’s nice to know there is a store that cares about their customers and will be fast to resolve queries instead of waiting weeks like JD! (And the pairs are 100x better)

This is the best service I’ve used for ordering trainers and clothes. Quick delivery, good customer service and always reliable.
