Postage policies need to be change
Postage policies need to be changed no matter how big or small. All animals should be sent express not standard specially during a heatwave. Pay very close attention to your receipt and what you pay for and the tracking information to make sure it's express. It's cruel on animals to send them standard postage and should not be allowed!

Excellent customer service and Trantulas
I had bought 2 Phlogius Proserpines, ended up with only one in stock, refunded normally, I had also ordered crickets and they had died due to ants squeezing into little gaps of the parcel and refunded normally, customer support is reliable and fast. Tarantula was healthy and she/he is enjoying webbing up her enclosure

Really good range to choose from, and they all arrived safe and healthy, and all ate straight away. The T’s were all surprisingly very calm, they seemed almost friendly, especially when moving into their new homes, which they wasted no time at all decorating and lining their burrows. The stickers were a cool bonus, and the extra container of flys are also appreciated - Thank you for everything!!
