Horrendous process this time
I submitted an application on 15 July 2025.
On 29 August 2025 I was still waiting for this to be paid, despite it being approved and despite me continually being asked for the same information I’d already supplied.
This is unacceptable and am really disappointed given that I’ve had such an amazing experience previously by LMCU.

Application for Loan,
i have rated my experience as great because there was active conversation between the loan team and I during the application for the loan.
the company was patient with me while I was gathering the required documents .
I was updated on my progress at every step and I knew where I was at. They did not take long to respond to me when I wanted to find out what was going on.
Eventually I received the loan and the work I was doing was not adversely delayed or affected.
Thank you for the financial help.
This company has helped me over the years I have been with them to achieve what I would not have achieved if I waited for my monthly salary to come in.

My loan application process was clear with definitive timelines which were met and my loan was approved and completed within the timeframe given.. I’m a long time customer with LMCU and I would highly recommend you to anybody looking for a good loan deal with affordable repayment terms.
