Pretty Bloody Good So Far
My experience so far has been with Cole and he would have to be one of the most patient and non-judgemental people I have ever met. I have put off and changed my mind that many times, I have been in touch, my Mum has been in touch and he just keeps answering our questions and explaining over and over. I could talk with him however I needed to explain my situation (sometimes embarrassing!) and I never once felt judged!
I am going ahead with the Part 9 Debt Agreement and hope my experience continues like this!

Communication borderline harrassment
Very hungry for business. Multiple calls, texts and emails after I told them that I was busy and would get back to them. The final straw was a rude text telling me I should return their calls, when I replied and said they didn't need to ring so many times per day the CCA person text back 'it wasn't me, maybe it's one of your creditors'. UNACCEPTABLE. Totally unprofessional and in my mind, lacking in sensitivity. As such I will not be continuing to explore using their services.

Upon reviewing our file notes, we cannot find any record of receiving a response from you prior to the 13th of May. We are currently conducting a deeper review of our IT systems to ascertain if there has been any systematic error on our end, which could possibly explain why we didn't hear from you and thus kept following you up.
We are usually known for our exceptional customer service, and we regret to hear that your experience with us didn't live up to your expectations. We sincerely apologise for any frustration this may have caused you, and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
