I would recommend Credex Systems to any company that ask. They are fast and friendly and keep up to date with State rules and regulations also the software is easy to use.
This company can not be relied upon to correct basic problems with it's software. They are quick to take your fees and charge you for any call you make about a problem with their system. They request feedback about their software but when faced with what I would consider to be minor fix but major aggravation they respond "It has been that way for years and we aren't gonna bother with it now". like the fact that you have to mouse click through a form field as common as the CREDIT APPLICATION instead of being able to tab through or enter through. Customer service answers the phone about half the time. The other half of the time you get to leave a message that sometimes is returned timely and then sometimes not very timely. I like a couple of their techs and they could fix the problems but they choose not to.
Credex and I have had a wonderful relationship for almost 15 years. They provide a quality product and have a wonderful helpful staff.
Our company has used Credex Systems as our loan software provider for well over 20 years. I have found them to be a sound and proven company with excellent customer service. They provide a well run system and they are responsive to the needs of their clients. The pricing of the system is reasonable and worth the products that they offer. I would recommend Lloyd and his staff to anyone in the loan or consumer finance industry.

employer section there is a place to put years but no months. When you start a new application, the old credit bureau doesn't wipe out so you have to delete everything first. Black book there is no place to put the vin# so you have to have every bit of information to find the car which we almost never have. Ucc only prints if you put in the $91.50 but if the dealer does the fees we still need the Ucc. When you search for a customer with an open and paid accounts it will go to the paid account instead of the open account. Nothing on application to identify if trailer or home and home lot space or own land. Can't pull a report of oldest to newest account, of paid out accounts, expired accounts
I always get a quick response whenever I contact Credex, and they do all they can to help rectify any problems as quickly as possible. They are also some of the nicest people I can think of to deal with. Also, I would be amiss if I didn't mention how fantastic Michelle Campbell is...and I don't mean this as a slight to anyone else. It's just that Michelle knows it all, and is incredibly patient despite being an obviously very busy person.
First of all, the employees of Credex are hard working individuals. I give them props for that. As for the Credex program, the program itself has some bugs and glitches. There are few times when interest is calculated wrongly. So, I have to double check the interest to see if its correct or not. As for the errors that pops up out no where. Sometimes, the employees can not enter Credex and have to wait for a day to enter. If there was any major problems, Credex staff was able to fix right away. Overall, I am still satisfied with this program even though we are still a small company.

We have had Credex as a software partner for several years. They have worked hard to continue to update items we needed. I think that if you were deciding to go with Credex you would not be disappointed.
Having been in consumer finance for some time now, and being a partner in a private finance company for some 8 years, we have worked with Credex over the years, and have been impressed with their products and their staff. I would highly recommend this Company!
For the most part, Credex has been very helpful with the Unity software; however, the software isn't perfect. I.E. If you are renewing a loan, and you need to update the application; this information should automatically go to the account, but it doesn't. If has to be entered again in the account.
We have had a problem the past several months regarding loan applications that have been denied. We tried to keep 5 years of these on file for various reasons, but they're not there! Several support staff have tried to go in correct this problem--to no avail!
Last thought, I know that Credex has grown substantially since we began using their software, and I understand support has more to do; but I don't have any confidence in the "ticket" systems It doesn't seem to help in the field. I am sure it keeps support organized, but sometimes we're notified of a ticket number for a problem that we already had a ticket number for!
My biggest beef is those lost turned down applications. If some capable individual would take it personally as a challenge to repair. ( It has been a few months.)
Customer service is quick and professional; any concerns are addressed in a timely manner and with expertise. The software is easy to learn and use and the company is constantly working to upgrade the software in anticipation of the customer's needs. The company listens to suggestions from its' customers and works to create a seamless integration between your company and the software itself.
Tech Support is fantastic. Very helpful, prompt, and professional.
When you call for customer assistance you always have to leave a message and it takes forever to get a response. When you have a customer waiting this is not acceptable.
At times Credex is very laggy. It will have a crazy moment where it freezes up, or deletes my profile and I have to get it all redone again. Overall I do like it, I just wish that sometimes it could be individualized for each office because there is some things that would work much more easy if we were to be able to individualize it.
