Actually it was the best design for our App. It was quick and nice.

Personnaly i had a good experience

SCAM! I have paid 700$ for 60s Shopify app video on Feb 23 2026. 3 month later - no video delivered, no refund, no answering to the messages.

- I asked for refund several times. He is just ignoring it.
- Several time promised to deliver something next day or next week, but months later - nothing was delivered.
- He is not replying anymore

We hired Creativul for app listing design work (screenshots and a featured image) for our Shopify app, Eraya. Payment was made on March 15th with an agreed delivery date of March 21st.

Here's how it played out:

• The March 21st deadline was missed with no proactive communication. We had to follow up ourselves.
• We were then told Monday, March 23rd. Files arrived partially on March 24th, missing the featured image, which was a key deliverable.
• The featured image was finally shared on March 25th but contained a spelling error ("Lunch" instead of "Launch"), did not cover all the app's features, and the overall design did not meet the brief or our expectations.
• We requested a revision on March 26th with a clear deadline of March 27th. Again missed with no update.
• A revised version was sent on March 30th, but it was essentially the same design with the same issues we had already flagged.
• As of March 31st, over two weeks after payment, the project remains incomplete.

The core issues:

1. Every single deadline was missed. Not once were files delivered on the agreed date.
2. Communication was entirely reactive. We had to chase for updates repeatedly rather than receiving proactive status reports.
3. Feedback and requirements provided in a detailed Google Doc were not followed, leading to avoidable revision cycles.
4. When concerns were raised, we were told to "be patient" and "chill" rather than receiving concrete timelines.

To be fair, the screenshot designs that were delivered were decent in quality. But reliable delivery and professional communication matter just as much as design quality, and both were severely lacking here.

I would not recommend Creativul if you're working with any kind of launch timeline.

Fantastic experience. They created high-quality graphics for our Shopify app listings and exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was how little input they needed - with just a few details, they came up with great visuals and strong concepts on their own. Very professional, creative, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

This is a company of 1 that seems to specialize in spam. If you do a search, you can see there have been other people complaining about this guy adding emails to his newsletter list without permission and spamming his services. I wouldn't have even left this review, but he's been doing the same thing for years so it deserves to be pointed out.

Interestingly, all the 5 star reviews on this are accounts that seem to have no other reviews

Amazing designs done for our Shopify app, we have used CreatiVul services for, website, screenshots, logo and almost everything, they handled everything for us and we will keep working with them

We hired CreatiVul for a project that included logo design, app listing graphics, and a short video. The experience was quite disappointing. Only two logo options were provided, and when we asked for revisions, they were outright denied. The app listing graphics lacked quality and looked rushed.

Even though we paid upfront for the video, no work on it was ever started. When we requested a refund for just the video portion — which hadn’t even begun — the request was denied.

Communication was poor, revisions were either extremely delayed or completely ignored, and overall, the process felt unprofessional. Would not recommend if you're looking for reliability, flexibility, or accountability.

Our task was to do visuals for an app on Shopify app store. Even though it seems like an easy task, there are 8000 other apps on shopify. So having visuals that are tastefully made, properly explain what your app does - is a must. These guys did exactly that, moreover, they listened to our feedback and did a few remakes.

I urge everyone to be wary when considering services from Creativul.com and its owner. Here's a summary of my unfortunate experience:

1. Unsolicited Contact: My first encounter with them was through unsolicited cold emails, marketing their services for my Shopify App. I decided to give them a chance, thinking they might genuinely offer value.

2. Overcharged & No Delivery: I agreed to pay for one product video, which was priced at $900 (advanced 2 mins). However, Creativul.com charged me twice for the same service, amounting to $900 and $600 (total $1500). On top of being overcharged, I haven't received the promised product video or the ready-to-release screenshots for which I paid an additional $300 (advanced).

3. No Communication Post Payment: Once the realization dawned that they might not deliver as promised, I tried reaching out to them for a refund. There was absolute silence from their end, with no responses to my messages.

4. Evidence in Hand: I have maintained all necessary records, including proof of payments and WhatsApp conversations, which document our agreement and my subsequent attempts to communicate.

It deeply saddens me to label my experience with Creativul.com as what feels like a scam. Given no other alternative, I'm now considering legal avenues to obtain restitution. I recommend conducting thorough research and being cautious before engaging with this company or its owner.

I have requested a refund, but I have not received any response to my messages.

The video was not delivered. They only sent a 10-second video with a voiceover that misspelled our company name. I suspect it was intentional to delay delivery or to scam us.

I have not received a refund for the second charge of $600. The owner informed me via WhatsApp that their Stripe account has a negative balance. They mentioned that they will refund me as soon as they have enough funds in their account. However, it has been three months since I received that message and I am yet to receive the refund....

Our company partnered with another REAL digital agency to create new screenshots and video for our Shopify app. We will soon replace the existing screenshots created by CreatiVul, which are not a work for $300.

UPDATE: We have deleted your designs!! Because we start working with real Agancy not Scams.
