They processed my order. I received the tracking information. I followed the tracking. My delivery address is in Saskatchewan. They delivered the products to an address in Newfoundland. I have registered two complaints. I am charging back the product to my credit card. Avoided this company

This company is a SCAM my daughter ordered 2 x bumper cars for Christmas still hasn't recieved sent emails no reply AVOID SCAMMERS

I ordered a bumper car for my granddaughter in November. I checked the tracking info on 26/12 as it hadn't arrived and it showed as being in China. Now the tracking info is showing as having been delivered on 21/12 - luckily I have both screenshots to support my claim to dispute this transaction on my credit card. Attempts to communicate with the company have been fruitless, with just 'holding' emails being received which appear to be standard potentially AI generated

If I can give this company zero stars I would. Ordered on 22 November the bumper car, waited weeks only for three screws to be delivered. Tried contacting them no answer!! Total and utter scam! Report to your Bank you should hopefully get your hard earned money back!!

I ordered the 12v Bumperkart for my son for Christmas on 24th November and this morning have had 2 screws delivered. Whilst chasing up my order they were so unprofessional. Please do not order from them. I have reported them.

Ordered our great grandson a remote control bumper car for Christmas well guess what, same old story saying it has been delivered.did not get delivered so we complained they told us they would send another one and a gift for us on a faster plane, Lol should have read reviews before ordering. How do these mutts keep getting away with it they are still advertising .

Never order from them. I have been promised a couple of times for my order and not received it. They are not geniune. Dont order from them

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT!!!, 2 commandes passées, et bien sûr encaissées le jour même. Jamais livré et aucune réponse aux mails envoyés. j'attend depuis le 11 novembre 2 réponses bidon et depuis plus de nouvelles. Ne vous faites pas avoir et signalez le sur les réseaux sociaux, là où ils font de la publicité.

They give the same tracking number to everyone regardless of what you order. So 50, 100 or so people get the same. Only 1 order is delivered on that number which then marks it as delivered. I requested refund obviously and told them I know of their scam but still nothing ! Not holding my breath !

This company is a SCAM. Ordered the digital planner to assist with appointments & reminders as I’m looking after my elderly parents with dementia. This NEVER arrived so I have been emailing them. I do receive emails simply advising the item was delivered however I have several cameras & no this item never arrived. I’ve demanded a refund but they simply reply don’t worry we have insurance & I never get an answer as to whether I’m getting my refund. Clear as day - I ain’t getting anything! Do NOT order anything from this Chinese company if scammers

SCAMMERS received 3 screws in the post which is laughable , reported to my bank, I am now reporting to chinese gov.

AVOID!! Brought my daughter a Christmas present ( bounce house ) recieved 3 screws. Horrible scammers targeting parents and spoiling there children’s Christmas. I hope karma gets the people behind this ‘company’ scammers.

Make sure everyone goes through their bank and reports to get their money back

Scam! I ordered a mirror daily planner with LCD screen and received 3 small screws!!

Scammers! I also ordered a bumper car. Got notified with the receipt then shipped. Could see supposedly where it was and when was cleared with customs etc. couldn’t see tracking anymore once it hit Australia. I replied to the e mail they had sent me as the receipt of payment. Told them I hadn’t received it. They send me a screen shot of all the tracking with the last one saying it’s delivered. Bull dung it was. I paid through my credit card through pay pal. Put in a claim to pay pal and they paid me back within seconds. I saw the add for the bumper car on Tik Tok and Facebook. They would have made a small fortune the mongrels

Ordered shirts , was told 15 to 20 days delivery. Received three screws. Avoid this company please.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered two bins and also received 3 screws! Total scumbag scammers. DO NOT ORDER. Tik tok video, tik tok not taking any responsibility.

Do not touch this company it’s a SCAM I am disgusted that Tik Tok and Facebook would allow this sham of a company to advertise.
I ordered 2 bins and waited checking the tracking on a regular basis even emailed the company asking why there was a delay they replied that due to postal strikes and seasonal orders etc it was taking longer than usual.
Eventually received a package with 3 little screws, like others.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
