Good Products and Pro-active Sales Service

The initial order (parcel) was not received as Parcel Force delivered to an incorrect address.
When informed "The Creative Cast Iron" Sales representative helped in following up with Parcel Force and ultimately dispatched a replacement order.

We are pleased that you received the replacment items, which unfortunately appear to have been lost by Parcelforce. It would not be possible for us to contact every customer to check if they received their order as we are a small team and we concentrate on getting orders out to cusotmers as quickly as possible, especially at this very busy time of year. When a customer gives us an email address (which not all do) we provide a tracking number for them to follow up. Usually Parcelforce are very reliable, this was an unfortunate situation and I hope that you found our customer service to be responsive and helpful.
