Everything was done promptly, professionally and the price was incredible!
I unfortunately got a flat (completely flat) tyre after a huge lorry bolt punctured and then came out of my front tyre.
I pulled onto the hard shoulder and phoned Highways who gave me a number for a tyre fitter to try. He ‘didn’t have those tyres in stock’ so I ended up searching around my location, came up with these guys and they were brilliant! Got to me in under 1 hour, fitted a new tyre on the hard shoulder and got me on my way for a very reasonable price! This also all happened before 6am

Extremely disappointing, misleading and overpriced emergency service
My tyre went flat this morning, so I contacted this emergency tyre repair company. I was initially quoted £190 for a replacement tyre. Although expensive, I accepted the price because it was an emergency and I was willing to pay a premium for a mobile service.
I was then asked to pay a £110 deposit. Based on the £190 quote I had been given, I naturally understood that the £110 was part-payment towards the quoted £190, leaving £80 to pay.
I was initially given an ETA of around 30 minutes, but the technician did not arrive for approximately 2 hours.
The situation became even more frustrating when the technician arrived. He started removing my tyre and fitted what appeared to be a budget summer tyre. Only after the work was underway was I told that the actual price was £290, because apparently I had "not booked with him" but had booked directly with the company.
So after already taking £110, I was suddenly told I still owed another £180, making the total £290.
If the actual price was £290, why was I initially quoted £190 and why was this not made clear before the work started? At that point, my tyre had already been removed and I was effectively left with little choice but to deal with the situation.
£290 for a budget summer tyre is simply unreasonable, particularly with the colder months approaching. Even allowing for emergency call-out and fitting, I do not consider this value for money. At that price, I could have arranged recovery and purchased a considerably better tyre.
To make matters worse, the technician took my old tyre away without properly explaining what would happen to it or giving me the opportunity to keep it. The old tyre only had a minor puncture, so I have concerns about whether it could potentially be repaired and resold as a used tyre. I cannot say that this is what happened, but customers should at least be informed and given the choice before their property is taken away.
Overall, the combination of the £190 quote, £110 deposit, £290 final price, £180 unexpected additional payment, 2-hour delay and budget tyre supplied left me feeling completely misled.
An emergency situation is exactly when customers need clear and transparent pricing, not unexpected charges after the work has started.
My advice to anyone using this company: get the complete final price, tyre brand/model, tyre type, call-out charge and every additional fee confirmed in writing BEFORE the technician starts any work. Also ask what will happen to your old tyre.
I would not use this company again and actually recommend NOT TO USE.

Service, price and response time all really poor. Gave an ETA that was wildly out and ended up waiting far longer than they had originally said. I would have been happy to pay the amount, had the service and speed been there but in the end it was a very overpriced budget tyre and a very long wait. When I asked for an update I got a vague response and kept being told someone would be there 'asap'

Will not use again and would not recommend.

Fantastic service. Very fast response. Called them late in the evening and they got to me within 25mins and the job was done in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this Team. Very polite and professional.

Very quick and reliable service, saved me from being stranded for hours

After having a surprise tyre blow out on the M6, Creations Mobile Tyres were very quick to respond, and replaced my tyre within 45 minutes. Best ‘breakdown’ experience and great value for money, highly recommend.

I had a tyre blow out on my bmw. At around 11pm I managed to contact this firm and they arrived by 11:30 not only where they the cheapest option I had but reliable and fast acting would recommend 10/10

When I had a flat tyre, I got help very quickly. It took less than 10 minutes for my tyre to be changed. I’m extremely pleased with the service 🙂

Really impressed with this mobile tyre company! The service was quick, professional and hassle-free. They came out to me at a time that suited me, changed my tyres efficiently, and made the whole process really easy.
Leo was friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. It was especially convenient not having to take my car to a garage and wait around.

I got a flat tyre on the m6 around 10pm last night. I called creation tyres and spoke with Nathan. They came out to help me within 30 minutes and gave me a brand new tyre for a a decent price. I had some quotes from other companies who wanted over £100 on top of what Nathan quoted me. All staff were really friendly and they got me back on the road quickly.

Firstly, the quote was way lower than the first place I phoned, no brainer. They called me as soon as they found someone to come out. Let me know roughly how long he’d be. Glen, who came out to me let me know how long he’d be. Let me know he was stuck in traffic. Kept me updated and arrived when he said. Glen was a lovely man, very chatty and just got on with changing my tyre. I will definitely call you if ever it happens again. Thank you

A nice lad, gave me a good price and within 30 minutes he was here with the tyres. Will definitely be using them in the future.

We had such a positive experience with Glen from Creations mobile tyres. We were traveling to our holiday destination and suddenly needed a tyre, we called Creations tyres and Glen was with us within 45 minutes on a Sunday. He was extremely helpful and efficient, in the end we had two tyres. Service was outstanding and price was very reasonable! Thank you🙂

Was fast at responding and got me out of a difficult situation when I got a nail in my tyre. Saved me a hefty bill and waiting for ever when was able to come straight away for competitive price and even repair rather than replace! Would recommend and will be using in the future if needed.

From initial enquiry to the fitting the service was quick and very efficient

Had a blow out on the A1 in our motorhome. Called this company and told them the tyre size and advised it needed to be commercial load rated as our campervan weighs 3.5 tonnes. I paid £150 deposit. Waited 2 hours and the fitter arrived with a budget tyre for a car, not safe to carry the weight of the van. The ‘manager’ of this outfit rung me and suggested I allow them to fit the under rated tyre and they would “sort it out over the weekend”. No way was I putting myself, my family and other road users at risk - also I wouldn’t be insured. What sort of advice was this? The manager then advised he would ring around to get the tyre. Never heard back from him. £650 later another reputable company arrived and sorted it. What a waste of 6 hours. Don’t use these jokers, even if you are desperate!!!
