Matt Thackeray was super helpful from the get go, quick responses, ease of set up with the machine and account. Greats transparency in the details and helped me terminate my previous contract with my other supplier.

sales rep came in advising lower rates for card transactions and monthly fee, however bill after bill came with more and more charges, they did not save us money at all, we were paying £19 a month charge when create pay conned us it went to £45 a month!

Dan came in just with some information on the card readers not in a pushy way like most I’ve had pop in his approach was amazing informative and straight to the point! Everything from that point has been made fast and easy and couldn’t recommend his service enough!
