Order something “next day delivery” and next day delivery has been almost been 2 weeks now I believe and still go nothing. And not getting my phone calls answered either so please order number is Order #43337

Ordered coffee beans 4x1kg, said they were in stock. Days later I got an email saying I was being refunded. Checked my credit card and they had actually charged me again! Waiting for the credit card to sort it out

Absolutely fine came when it said 0 issues , ver weirded out how there’s 1 star reviews when clearly the website is far from a scam!

Recommend them highly quick and efficient

Very bad seller. They refund all my orders and I tried with many cards, so is not from my card or bank account.
No explanation, no nothing.

I’ve only ever wrote about 3 reviews in my life but I wanted to write one for this company because they have some negative ones which I think could be fake , my experience was good I ordered stuff to make a Halloween cake and was worried it wouldn’t get delivered after I seen the reviews but it came in time in perfect condition

They are allowing their products to be purchased by drug users

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Ordered Segafredo for next day delivery. Not only has it not been delivered but no response to any communications via e-mail and no returned calls which go through to a mailbox or you get a message that the phone is turned off. Scam company.
Will be reporting it and also going to bank for remedial action.

I would love to know.. why this company took money out of my bank account without my permission?? I’ve had to freeze my account and get another card. My bank is investigating this issue. I have no idea how this company got my bank details. I would stay away from this company.

I was annoyed with myself when I didn’t look at the TrustPilot reviews prior to ordering. Saw a wave of negative reviews claiming it was a scam so I was ready for a bank chargeback. But alas, ordered yesterday, had a DPD tracking number come through and received the next day. Can’t fault the service 🤣 Thanks so much.

Scam, avoid at all costs. Pretty sure all those 5 star reviews are fake.
I ordered, product never delivered. Emails never responded to. Phone goes directly to voice mail and never returned.
After looking at their about us page where their CEO's and employees only have first names should have been a red flag if only I looked

Avoid this company at all costs - they will not deliver your products.

I suspected it to be dodgy as had no confirmation after ordering, but they come by dpd two days later all good so my opinion has changed, it’s sceptical but it works

Ordered 2 x 1kg of segafredo coffee beans 10 days ago, paid £5.95 for next day delivery. I’ve received no delivery, no update via email. I’ve emailed, no response. The two numbers listed on the website just ring, no answer. I believe this company are a scam, and I will be reporting to trading standards via distant selling rules.

Placed an order from cream chargers warehouse on Friday 23rd May 2025 For next day delivery. It’s now Tuesday 27th May 2025 and still not had the items delivered.

Contacted cream chargers warehouse but they do not seem to care as it’s not their business that’s being affected.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I hate leaving negative reviews. However the other bad reviews are true. I purchased Frappe powder on the 25th April. A week later I still hadn't received the purchase so emailed to find out what had happened, ie was it lost, been dispatched etc. Today 6/5/25 i was refunded. No email to say it was out of stock, sorry for the inconvenience. On the plus side at least I was issued a refund.
I don't understand why a company would go to the lengths of paid advertisements on google to appear at the top of pages to have so many customers left with out products or refunds if the other reviews are to be believed.

Exceptional service! Order yesterday 4:40pm and received today 3:45pm less then 24 hours service. Very very impressed. Will order more.

Great customer service, reached contact on WhatsApp. Received email updates every step. Was conscious that I ordered on Thursday and it wouldn’t arrive on Saturday due to bank holiday Friday. Contact went the extra mile and advised he sent it for Saturday delivery at no extra cost to me. Received on Saturday morning nice and early.

I won’t be ordering any more £5.95 for next day delivery Evan though it don’t get delivered next day 3 days later both times .. can’t email them to ask for delivery fee and the phone numbers fake !!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting il be taking my custom else wear pleantey of others available!!

“I ordered some products from them, but there were no updates for 4-5 days. I emailed them to check the status since their website mentioned next-day or 1–2 day delivery. Instead of replying, they simply canceled my order! The reason given was ‘customer request’—ridiculous and rude! But at least I got a refund.
