Creality CR-10 V3
I bought the Creality CR-10 V3 as a birthday present for my son. My son is 16 and he had no problems with the setup of the printer in any way. The starting-up was very easy, you had to set up the printing bed, select the file and start printing. The printing bed is big enough and there is also enough space to the top even for highter objects. The priniting result is very precise and its fascinating to watch it printing. So far we have not tried any other filaments only the supplied and the result was very good. But we will try other filamends and then I can provide more detailed informations. The printer is in continuous operation for one week, until now it makes a very good job and it makes a lot of fun constructing your own objects and printing them out. For us it is an absolute buy recommendation and I think the price-performance ration is OK. As a suggestion for improvement it might be desirable to have a WLAN connection but i also works perfectly as it is.

The printer is working as expected
The printer is working as expected, I struggled for sometime to make everything work on the right track, there are some configurations need to be done, it becomes easy once I get familiar with the printer, also, the filament is important, I find that PLA from esun is better than other brand.

I'ved placed an order 1 month ago and i dont know anything about the status of this order, i try to call and the number is not available, i already sent 4 or 5 emails and nothing. i start to think that the printer will not be send and my money too ;(

J'ai commandé une imprimante ender 3 pro le 2 février. Impossible de se connecter sur le site Creality3Dshop, pas de mail permettant de suivre l'avancement de ma commande, pas de réponse aux mails...
La seule chose qui est indiquée sur leur site à propos de ma commande est "Navire Europe 15 Février". Ça veut dire quoi ??? Le navire part en direction de l'Europe le 15 Février ? Il arrive en Europe le 15 Février ?
Sur le site internet, il est possible de suivre son colis. J'y ai indiqué la référence de ma commande mais aucune information disponible...
Nous sommes le 25 février, toujours rien...
Je pense que ce site est frauduleux !

Very please with the quality of the product. Took about 30 min to assemble and another hour to adjust and level the bed. I had a small issue with the extruder motor so I emailed support, and they responded quickly and explained that the extruder motor will not work unless the hot end is above 185. After I realized the designed safety feature I was good to go. I was very surprised and please with the quick response from support. CE5

Sulla scia di altre recensioni ho tentato di acquistare una stampante. Il servizio clienti è molto rapido nel blandire, ma assolutamente non intenzionato a risolvere il problema. Dopo più di 15 giorni che il pacco era fermo in un magazzino DHL, non ne hanno spedito un altro, quando DHL mi aveva dichiarato che era ormai perso. E non intendevano nemmeno restituirmi i soldi, continuando a propormi di attendere. Ovviamente quando ho scritto loro tramite Paypal non hanno mai risposto per cui sono stato costretto a passare al reclamo per il rimborso tramite Paypal, che ho dovuto sollecitare perché l'azienda non ha mai riconosciuto lo smarrimento del pacco (che si trova ancora in Germania, in base al tracking). Assolutamente non seri.

Good experience with printer order, bad experience with accessories
I will admit like I see a lot of people here speak, I did find the website branding and placement on google a bit deceptive, where I thought I was purchasing from the legitimate Creality website. Placing that aside, as it does seem like they are a legitimate reseller, I'm not going to focus on that.
The order placement was smooth and they did quote that it would arrive within 3-7 business days when ordering which was acceptible to me as I couldn't find a good Amazon prime legitimate reseller at the time. I placed my order on a Sunday and my order as it was in stock in the US warehouse shipped out the next day. I did successfully receive it the following Friday with no issue and am now printing on my Ender 3 V2. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that they used OnTrac for shipping to me and that company doesn't track packages well with my package being only scanned in at the Commerce, CA facility then being "delayed by an event" from it's original arrival date of Wednesday. After 2 days of delays I did reach out to Creality3d.shop support to see if they could provide more detail for me on where it is at. They responded promptly and opened up and inquiry with OnTrack. May have been coincidental but shortly after that my package magically arrive in Tacoma, WA and 2 hours later was out for delivery.
I would say the experience with the company directly including the support has been a positive experience and wouldn't change who I bought my first 3D printer from.
Edited Review, Decreased stars to 3: At the same time I ordered a pack of assorted nozzles from this vendor assuming the accessories from an approved reseller would be good quality but found out I was wrong. They have no way of telling you if any of the accessories are in the US warehouse and in all honesty they note this on the website, so assume it all ships out from the warehouse in Chine. This didn't bother me too much, I wanted some replacement .4mm and some .2mm nozzles for my printer so was excited to get it. It did take over 30 days to make it's way over to me. I finally received it and was packaged nicely, it came in 3 sealed packages with 5 nozzles in each package. My assumption is that each package is a different size. Now this is when we start getting to my issue with the accessories. The 15pc nozzle pack clearly shows pictures of engraved nozzle tips, where the nozzle size is engraved on the side of the nozzle for easy size identification. This was not the case, in fact there was no size identification on the packaging either, so I couldn't label them myself in anyway. So now I have 15 useless brass nozzles (to me) and the product in no way meets what I bought and was advertised. Customer service was very underwhelming here, telling me that quality assurance must have missed it and they can only give me a 2 dollar credit (for a 15.99 product) or I can send it back at my cost for a return. I've even tried to eyeball it with a different set I ended up buying from Amazon which was engraved but the nozzle style was different and it was had to match up the sizing of the nozzle hole. Wrote it off as a loss and tossed them in the trash. Be wary of buying accessories from this vendor, don't trust the pictures they show.

If you are thinking about buying a Stupendous Creality Printer, and you looked online for it and found this website, be aware, that they are not the official store, they sell everything around 30% more expensive, while posing within everything they show you, as they are the official site.
I boutgh two printers there, thinking i was dealing with the official store, and it was not, i ended up paying more 120 Euros, than what the printer really cost, I boutgh 2, could have boutgh 3 anywhere else.
My bad, as i thought if I was dealing with the oficial store, the upscale in pricing could be around some item, (as I am new to 3D Printing) as the original store, would not be pricing up.
Do not do the same mistake as i did, and dont buy from them, unless you want to be fooled and pay more for the items.
When you contact them, they will keep fooling you, not answering to what you ask, and do not care about managing business seriously to their clients.
I got fooled, so i write this so you be aware, and proceed with caution.
They are not official althoutgh their whole website it is design to pretend ot os , and they do not treat their clients with respect, and everything costs alot more.
Do not get fooled.
They dont do refunds, they make you pay for shipping, althoutgh they mention you can give it back in 14 days, they ask me for money if i want to give it back. I end up taking the printer as I was not sure i was going to get my money back, so i cut my losses there.
Be aware.
Creality3dshop, i wish you all well, but people need to be aware.

Desaster - Vorsicht!
Ich schildere mein ganz persönliches Einkaufsdesaster in diesem Onlineshop. Es handelt sich um belegbare Fakten.
Ich habe in dem Shop www.creality3d. shop einen Creality3D CR-5 Pro 3D Drucker in einem von diesem Shop angebotenen Angebot, für 990,- Euro gekauft und mit Paypal bezahlt.
Am gleichen Tag, ziemlich genau 4 Stunden später habe ich mir nochmals die ganzen Details auf der Internetseite angeschaut und bin erschrocken, dass es kein ordentliches Impressum gibt, dass eine Rücksendung nach CZ gehen muss, der sogenannte Service kein Wort Deutsch spricht - obwohl der Internetauftritt dies suggeriert - und der Verkäufer/Service in China sitzt.
Ferner ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Shop nur eine Lizenz zum Verkauf hat und diese 07/21 abläuft. Ich hatte ein ganz schlechtes Gefühl auf einmal und habe darauf hin die Bestellung sofort storniert und darum gebeten, mir mein Geld zurückzusenden.
Der Verkäufer ignorierte dies, wollte wissen warum und schrieb, dass ich mir keine Sorgen machen soll und er hofft, dass ich den Drucker trotzdem behalte. Er verschickte den Drucker trotz meiner Stornierung.
Ich schrieb, dass ich die Annahme verweigere, machte vorsorglich von meinem 14-tägigen Widerrufsrecht gebrauch und es ging hin- und her und er wollte von mir 20$ für den Versand, den ich nicht wollte.
In der Zwischenzeit habe ich den gleichem Drucker bei der Firma 3dmensionals.de für 1.248,- Euro gekauft. Den Mehrpreis nahm ich in Kauf, da auch bei Garantieansprüchen ein deutscher Händler verfügbar ist.
Mein Fazit: Genau lesen und bissle aufpassen, wo man kauft. Macht Euch vorher ein paar Gedanken, was in einem Garantiefall passiert und ob ihr Lust habt, in China zu streiten?!
Ich habe Dank Paypal meine komplette Summe zurück erhalten und empfehle diesen Shop definitiv nicht! Aufpassen...

Their price was better (plus no tax) and they will respond if you have issues with your order. BTW, my new CR 6 SE is working great. I highly recommend it. The auto leveling works great and you wont have to mess with manually leveling and wondering if you got it right.

I recently got my first 3-D printer and to my surprise when I opened the box it appeared that the base of the 3-D printer wobbled. This was a serious issue because you can't print on an uneven surface. I emailed customer service right away and they quickly responded! They then went right to work with asking the right questions and within 2 days they helped me diagnosis and solve my issue. Really appreciate their help! Sure beats sending everything back and having to deal with that hassle.

C'est clairement une arnaque ça fait depuis le 5 décembre que j'ai commandé mon colis et la on m'annonce qu'il est toujours en allemagne?? mon colis aurait été perdu???? et en plus de tout ça la demande de renvoie n'est pas avant le 20 janvier! sois plus de 45 jours après la commande c'est à dire que je ne pourrai plus me faire rembourser par paypal en cas de problème si je n'ai pas de nouvel avant jeudi je demanderai le litige de paypal !

Checked your order has been shipped on 10-Dec,2020, by DHL, but it was no updates from DHL after they picked up the parcel from 11-Dec, really sorry for ths happened to you.
After got confirmation from the DHL logistics center as we informed to you before , your parcel was pending because a lot of DHL stuffs at the logistics center has suffered from the COVID-19 and they have to suspend the parcel at that time and can not send the parcel to you in time, so really sorry for this big delay.

As we informed you before in the correspondence with you, we already filed a claim to the shipping company but they still do not finish the investigation right now, but we still promised we will send you a new one if it still does not arrive at you before 20-Jan,2021, even the claim process need 7-8weeks to proceed.
But it seems you do not accept this offer we provided to you as there is why we are here, we totally understand you.
We know it is hard to get your trust in this special period, really wish you can wait one more week as we also need time to handle this case with DHL since our parcel has been shipped to you and not in our warehouse anymore, hope you can understand we never give up serving you in this special period.

Super Fast Shipping!
I bought an Ender 3 Pro. With delays with COVID, I was expecting the delivery to easily take 3 or more weeks. I received my printer 3 days after I ordered it! I spent the afternoon getting it set up and it has been working great. I've seen some reviews with people complaining about bad printers. While I can't speak to their experience, I will say that anyone buying one of these printers should be aware that setting it up is a process. I am an engineer, and it still took me the better part of an afternoon and I watched multiple YouTube videos before I built it. Which isn't to say you need to be an engineer to build these printers, you absolutely don't. Just know that it will take time, its part of the process. It will take time to get the settings right and fix print issues. I've always heard, "Good, Cheap, Fast, pick two." This printer is amazing, and cheap... it's not fast.
