I ordered an action figure protective case. Its been almost a month and there is no tracking or product in my mailbox. I tried contacting the company (only email?! no phone number to call?!)... and after several emails, they have not responded once. They stole my money. This company needs to be shut down.

I placed an order back in nov 2022. Its now dec 2024 and my order still has not shown up. Ive tried contacting them for an ETA but never get a response. I would not recommend using this company.

Do NOT order from this store!

They will charge you and not ship the item nor will they respond to any communication you send them regarding the status of your order.

I ordered something from them back in December and am unable to hear anything from them regarding my order I paid for.

I pre-ordered an item back in January of 2023 that was supposed to ship in February. My card got charged and of course the order was "unfulfilled" because it was a pre-order. Months passed and I patiently waited for the item to ship. Then, I was at a convention in March, and lo and behold, the item was available at a vendors booth. A few weeks later I messaged Crazy Collecting both through their contact us and directly through Instagram messaging. I got NO RESPONSE at all other than an automated replay from the contact us form. I've probably emailed them about 5 or 6 times, but I still haven't gotten any communication from them directly. It's almost been a year now, and because I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the pre-order maybe took longer, it's gone past the point where I can dispute it with my bank. So yeah, unless they miraculously contact me somehow, they pretty much screwed me over. Don't bother with this place, I should have just stuck with one of the other online retailers that's more reliable. Be cautious.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order on June. Still haven’t received it or any update. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service through multiple avenues and haven’t received a single response. Thai store is a SCAM.

Still waiting on a pre order I placed in September 2nd and there have still been no updates I contacted them on insta and twice they told me it will be shipped in a couple of weeks it has yet to happen other wise they are nice and yes they have said they are having problems with there system. Other than that over all good

No communication whatsoever, no updates on my order either. They haven't posted anything on their socials for months and contacting them gets 0 replies back. I'll probably refund my order soon.

UPDATE: My item has been shipped. Still no communication however but I'm a bit relieved now.

Yes, it's true that these guys have RECENTLY been unresponsive in their customer service emails. I had the same experience where they did not respond to my emails for a couple days. BUT it's NOT THEIR FAULT! They clarified that it has been a big issue they've been trying to resolve in recent months: a technical issue regarding the contact us form on their website.

I have ordered from them MULTIPLE TIMES and they are friendly, give you a personal note with every order, GIFT WRAP your products, bubble wrap your product MULTIPLE times over, and include bubble packaging in the BOX too!

They REALLY put EFFORT into your product getting to you in the BEST condition possible and with CARE!!

There was one time where I was concerned about my order. I reached out and within a couple days they reached out with such a heartfelt message with apologies and promises to deliver. They even promised me a "surprise" in my package.

THEY KEPT THEIR PROMISES UNTIL THE END, DELIVERED THE FIGURES NO PROBLEM, I RECEIVED THE BEST LOOKING FIGURES I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, AND THE SURPRISE WAS VERY, VERY WORTH THE WAIT!!

And guess what? THIS HAPPENED TWICE!! They have never failed to amaze me.

These guys are legendary, and I will ALWAYS wait until they have products on their website for me to order. I WAIT FOR THEM EVEN IF AMAZON SELLS THE FIGURE because AMAZON OFTEN DELIVERS FIGURES WITH DAMGED PACKAGING.

NO OTHER COLLECTOR'S WEBSITE IS LIKE THIS ONE!!

Absolutely superb. I CANNOT stress enough. Don't listen to the bad reviews. These guys are the real deal. Their contact us form is down right now, and they are a small business (literally a dad and his son). That is the reason why these people are complaining. I will support these guys until the bitter end.

They made sure I felt cared for, delivered BEYOND their promises, and always kept a positive vibe. THIS COMPANY IS WHAT OTHER COLLECTOR'S COMPANIES SHOULD STRIVE TO BE LIKE.

Give these guys a chance and they will deliver ABOVE expectations. They are experiencing technical difficulties right now, but they will overcome any obstacle to get you taken care of, making sure you are SATISFIED and HAPPY.

I pre-ordered a figure in July of last year. Not only did I not receive said figure, but I have made several attempts to reach out to them with no response (besides their obvious auto response you get for e-mailing them). I also have not received a refund for my pre-order. By the way this was my first (and last) time dealing with this company. Needless to say I definitely won't be using this company again, or recommending anyone else does.

I've reached out to their company on several occasions, in an attempt to follow up on the status of my order being shipped, and heard nothing back from anyone. Totally unprofessional. Their customer service and sincerity is a fraud. Not only will I personally never use them ever again; but will also not recommend them to anyone else.

Placed a pre-order in January, Hasbro site showed the figure was released 4/8/23. It's for sale all over Ebay. When I contacted them, a pat email stated a response in 24-48 hours. When I never received anything, I tried again a week later. Still nothing! I had to go through PayPal in order to receive a refund from these fraudulent sellers! Horrible experience! DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS STORE! IT
SEEMS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM! It's even labeled as scam on some sites!

Been waiting a year for my orders (ordered a helmet in May and then one August of 2022) I have reached out to these guys many times, they only replied once. I was told back in February that they would be receiving my Helmets in a few weeks and then they would be shipping them to me soon. Finally got a shipping notice on April 27th 2023, all they did was print a shipping label. Its been a month with no tracking. Still says waiting on package? I will never order from these guys again!

I purchased G.I.Joe toys with shipping fee totally 76.97USD at crazy collecting website,but till now no shipping of goods and I receive nothing. I wrote mail to website twice but till now no reply, very bad experience I never met ever before. If you don't want to lose money you should consider again to buy at the website.

I cannot fathom why this place could ever have less than 5/5 stars. This might be the best online purchasing experience I have ever had in my entire life. Not only was Kyle the kindest emailer I've ever met, but after expressing worry over my order, he even OVERcompensated to make sure I was at ease and satisfied with my purchase. He completely obliterated and exceeded my expectations. The figures came in superb, mint condition, with triple bubble wrap, WRAPPING PAPER, STICKERS, and air-cushion packaging ALL THE WAY AROUND the inside of the box AND at the BOTTOM of the box as well. This was the most care I have ever seen. Not only this, but there was also a SIGNED LETTER from the father and son duo thanking me for my business. This will definitely be the place I look first for my figures for the best service and safest shipping. CRAAAZZYYY AMAZING AND LEGENDARYY!!!
