Publicité à tout moment, interminable, répétitive et souvent à la dernière Publicité. L'écran fige nous obligent à revenir en arrière et se retaper toute les Publicités. Film ou série, rien de plus magique qu"une bonne publicité quand il le faut pas. De plus, régulièrement 4 Publicités jamais avec le même niveau sonore et très souvent se sont les mêmes( 4 fois la même pub de 15 à 30 secondes). Entres 15 et 25 publicités pour une émission de 40 minutes !!!! Si vous retourné en arriere vous amenant au menu et recliqué sur la même émission. Vous gagné un PUB et si vous en avez plein l'c... des pubs et vous voulez avoir le forfait SANS PUBLICITÉS. Le prix est démesuré et tellement que c'est l'abus dans tout les sens. Tu as juste le goût de te désabonner tellement tu es en tab..... ! Sans compter qu'il est impossible de reprendre une émission au meme endroit et s'il s'agit d'une émission avec plusieurs saisons. Impossible de sectionné une saison voulu. Nous devons rechercher l'émission a l'aide du moteur de recherche et la sélectionner à partir la.

The system is incompatible with (moderately) older TVs. Loading problems on others. Buffering. Impossibility to access the service. Error messages. The service is buggy. Unimpressive content.

Crave on the surface looks like it should be a great streaming service. Unfortunately it’s far from that. For as many years as it’s been around the quality of service has only gotten worse. Pausing repeatedly while watching a show, cutting out or not even playing at all. Just the spinning circle in the middle of the screen. This happens all too often, which is crazy considering the technology we have today. Seems as though Crave doesn’t really care about the quality of their product, as long as they get their money. Dave yours, everything on it you can find on other services.

I am currently streaming Community and I paused partway through an episode because I had other things to do.
It opened with 1:30 minute of ads, then IN FOUR MINUTES OF SCREENTIME I was forced to watch another 1:30 minute of ads TWICE. Absolutely ridiculous.

Greed for ad revenue forces them to sabotage their own service. They cant stop themselves. Greed gets you 3 commercials, 15 seconds of movie then 3 more commercials. Having their ads crash the entire service mid stream is unacceptable for a paid service, so its free. They couldnt charge anything for this service. There would be class action law suits. So its free to bell customers. Woop di doo! Someone left a flaming bag of dog poo on my doorstep lol. Even as a free service its terrible. So greedy.

Ads, ads, ads….and more ads.
I thought I’d give Crave a try and I subscribed for the basic service (with ads)…and it is awful. I cannot believe this company thinks customers will tolerate paying $15/month to have upwards of 3 minutes of ads shoved down their throats for every 6-10 minutes of viewing. It’s atrocious.

My guess is that Crave’s subscription numbers will soon start to plummet.

It is the worst streaming service I have ever used. I took advantage of the $45.03 months premium trial. Basically I can watch Game of Thrones because for some reason I missed it years ago. I will use up the three months membership that I got and then I will not renew it. The constant error messaging and the long buffering is so frustrating. Everything ive come to expect from Bell. They are the worst telecommunication company in Canada.

The ad version constantly glitches. A normal commercial break is three 30-44 second commercials, but it often errors out, gets stuck loading, or restarts an episode, so you can end up watching 9-12 commercials in a row trying to get it to work. This has been the same experience over the past 4 months, where some shows or movies seem to be worse than others, though it's been generating errors a lot more frequently.

Bell uses ancient tech that barely functions with any modern streaming devices or TVs - laggy, buffering, crashes Roku devices. They are obviously aware and have decided not to do anything about it. Once they lose the HBO deal, Crave is done.

Typical crave customer service to blame a connection issues. I have zero issues with any other streaming services (prime,apple,Netflix, Disney) but my crave always skips. It sucks.. why do we pay so much for crappy services. Can someone please just pick up crave shows so we don’t have to have it anymore. Crave sucks . Pay too much money for crappy services.

5 minutes of show or a movie and 2.5 minutes of adds. It is absolutely brutal. I can’t even change the settings on my tv without it backing me out of the app and then re running all the adds again. Holy moly what a garbage app/service/software. Absolute trash

I received a subscription for crave tv from virgin plus. Ok. I used it once in a while. Now of course they have switched all movies to french, in an attempt to force me to upgrade to Starz. No chance. I never wanted the subscription in the first place. Please also beware of Netflix. I had a bad experience with them also.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We purchased a subscription with the TSN sports, because the website made it seem they had a certain premier league football game when they didn't. When we signed on and tried to watch the match and it wasn't streaming, we immediately cancelled it.
We then emailed them to try to get a refund. First of all, the email bounced back and your only option is to then go into a live chat.
The person then kept refusing to refund because apparently they have a 0 refund policy. I have never heard of anything like this before and to be honest I'm not sure how it's legal given that we cancelled it and contacted them within an hour of purchasing. Absolutely terrible company ethos. Avoid at all costs.

Their customer support is awful. I was helped by someone named Richmond. They charged me twice for the same subscription on the same account and did not want to provide a refund.

Moreover, they acted rude, and it felt like they were personally trying to keep the money. There was no intention on their end to solve the issue, only to explain to me why I was mistaken for requesting a refund.

I've never seen such fraudulent activity. I disputed one of the duplicated transactions and immediately canceled Crave.

3 minutes of ads every ten minutes, expensive subscription crave/bell sucks. Bad bad bad greedy company…tried to even charge me double to use on ps5 console..

The shows/movies aren’t bad. Everything else is.

Une horreur pour le forfait de base. Ça bug sans arrêt et le nombre de publicités est déraisonnable! À 3.99$ par mois ça peut passer mais à 12$ avec des tonnes de publicités, c’est non! Tou.tv est moins cher et sans publicités. Je me désabonne de Crave.

Absolutely ridiculous that they have a ton of movies on Prime and yet most are in French. And turns out, most of those movies aren't available on any other subscription. Not only that, you typically don't find out that the movie is in French until you start watching it. Absolutely GARBAGE company, subscription, and useless. Not to mention expensive for what you get. If you are thinking about getting Crave DON'T DO IT.

This subcription is exactly the same thing as watching TV too many adds for 15$ a month or no adds for 25$ a month which is exactly what I pay for my cellphone bill each month soooo this is absurb - honestly go back to TV watching with more add then content and it is the same thing just dont borther with this one and for great shows like GoT/HotD just buy the serie when on sale you'll have your money worth for at least but not with this subscription you won't
