Nachdem ich nun knapp 1 Jahr gute Erfahrungen mit den Casinos rund um "Igloo Ventures" machte, hat es bei diesem Casino hier wieder klare Rückschritte. Man muss eh berücksichtigen, das es zwar ein Casino von Igloo ist (Selbe Software, wo nur diese benutzen, selbe Paymentanbieter wo die Karte belasten etc) aber es gibt keinen genannten Owner in diesem Casino und ohnehin werden die meisten Casinos der Gruppe gelegentlich hin & hergeschoben zwischen Offshore-Firmen wo dann immer mal wieder die gleichen Firmennamen abwechselnd Besitzer sind. Das ist alles etwas merkwürdig, dennoch gab es in letzter Zeit beim Unternehmen positive Veränderungen, Auszahlungen klappten ohne Probleme und E-Mails wurden nicht mehr ignoriert, in einigen der Casinos wurde sogar das Gewinnlimit von x10 Bonusbetrag enfernt.
Bei diesem hier meldete ich mich auch erstmal nur an und als wie bei sovielen ihrer Casinos dann ein 200% Bonus angeboten wurde, hab ich eine Einzahlung getätigt. Leider ist es bei deren Software nahezu in 50% der Fälle so das die Boni nicht funktionieren, oder falsch aktiviert werden, erst letzte Woche hatte ich dasgleiche mit 500 Spins welche bis heute nicht aktiviert sind und E-Mail ignoriert. Wie gesagt, in letzter Zeit konnte man sowas mit E-Mail lösen falls einem die KI im Chat nicht weiterverband und es wurde jeweils geholfen.
Solange die Firma ihre Software nicht im Griff hat und immer wieder Angebote macht, welche nicht funktionieren und dann nichtmal bereit oder in der Lage ist das manuell zu beheben kann man diese Casinos niemanden empfehlen. Hier bei diesem kam der 200% Bonus der ja automatisch gutgeschrieben werden sollte wieder nicht und diesmal meinte der Chat, ob ich noch weitere Konten hätte. Das ergäbe ja in meinem Fall absolut garkeinen Sinn weil ich keine Einzahlung und Boni bisher nutzte und weil diese Betreiber locker 30 Casinos mit nahezu ähnlichen Boni betreiben und ich bei Crashino noch nie einzahlte. Jedenfalls hat man dann ohne das ich meine Einzahlung nutzt die KYC abgefragt und als diese bestätigt war hiess es auf Nachfrage 24h später man kümmmere sich um den versprochenen Bonus.
nunja. wie schon angemerkt hört man dann nie mehr etwas von diesem Anbieter und man bedankt sich für die ungenutzten 21 Euro auf dem Konto. Wenn ich dann sehe wie man hier bei manchen der Casinos auf die Feedbacks höflich und profesionell reagiert kann ich nur den Kopf schütteln, warum man das nicht auch bei den Kunden selber kann und dem Support, solche Praktiken mit dem Betreiber verstecken anwendet usw. Nachdem ich auf Telegram und diversen Foren (CasinoGuru, Gamblebase usw) eine Zeit lang die Firma als Geheimtipp bezeichnete weil es echt besser wurde kann man nun wieder nur noch warnen.
Ich hab durchaus Verständnis, das ein System mal irrtümlich wegen dynamischen IP Adressen, öffentliche Wlans usw anschlägt, dann aber dem Kunden eine KYC aufzudrücken (Aufwand für beide) und danach wenn alles geklärt ist sich tot stellen und nichts mehr machen ist einfach unseriös pur. Ausserdem hasse ich es, wenn ein Casino etwas wie Boni verspricht, den Kunden einzahlen lässt und immer erst danach irgendwelche Sachen aufgeworfen werden, welche der Kunde entlasten soll. komisch das dies nie vor der Einzahlung passiert und die Casinosoftwares sowas immer immer immer erst bei Auszahlungen oder eben nach Einzahlungen merken.
