This company is the fastest shipping company from China. Every single time I order, I always think “this is quick” normally 19-23 days from ordering to receiving. This past order was in 15 days. China to Florida - outstanding.
Also, if the tracking doesn’t work, it’s ok.. my tracking has never worked from this company, it just shows up. It’s quickly, so if the tracking doesn’t work, the quickness doesn’t really give you enough time to start being worried. Definitely a 5 star commonly.

Craftsavings has the best true to color paintings.

I had a problem where I did not have enough drills to finish my piece. I emailed and got a fast response and they sent me all the drills I needed. Great customer service!!

I was so excited when I received my order today. However, when I opened up the 2 Point Drill Pens this is what I found. I would be very appreciative if you could replace them or credit my account for the price of $24.32 plus shipping.
I intend on placing another order with your store. The shipping was faster than with other stores. As soon as I hear from you on this issue, I will place my new order.

I had a problem with some of my diamond paintings and I emailed them they promptly got back to me and fix the problem so yes I suggest this company to anyone they are very professional

My first order (#CSHOS52062 Oct.2021) received without problem.(still on "my order" in your dite).
My second order (#54721-CSDC91256 november 2021) not register in my acount on your site ? So, unable to follow shipping information. FREE gift has been charged on my bill ($11.86 US), so,"NOT FREE"

Ordered a few pillowcases for Christmas gifts and 1 was sent wrong. Was able to get it corrected with their amazing customer service. The person made sure that I got the correct one and sent me multiple emails till it came in the mail. I will definitely order from this company again!

Craft Saving has been absolutely fabulous.. I have been ordering from them since Jan this year and never had a problem.. My shipments always arrive and only once was there an issue with my package being hijacked but another package was sent out straight away and I have received it.. Great customer care and Merry is always very friendly and accommodating. I love their diamond dot paintings and the quality is great.. The only thing I wish they would change is their packaging as you have to open each painting to see which one it is and the packaging breaks a lot of the time and when we sending them to customers it makes it hard.. Maybe they could change their packaging in the future to either see through packaging so we can see the picture or otherwise a sticker on the packaging showing which picture is inside..

Fantastic service and didn’t really take that long and then I misplaced some drills and they replaced them free of charge and very quickly they were in a tracked postage in which they gave me updates every step of the way.
The communication is is excellent.
If they keep up this kind of service they will go far in this business.

One of the worst, if not the worst online shopping experiences of my life. I have bought at least 100 diamond paintings from various sellers and NEVER experienced the troubles I have had with these people. I have had people buy them for me to do for them that all say they had a smooth transaction and hassle free every single time.
I ordered the big Koi one and a small dolphin one, the small dolphin one is hideous the colours do not even match the picture on their website and the Koi one was sent with no crystals, tools or anything to do it with. So as one would I complained, I have been put down and insulted by them every step of the way. All they had to do was correct the issues but no, that is too hard isn't it. Even after being told do not contact me again SELENA continues to email like she is the one who has been ripped off.
Stay away from this company, unprofessional, and incompetent rude staff.
Buy elsewhere, they are Chintera and just using a different name.
