The seller contacted me to say she wouldn't be able to post the item until 5 August as she was on holiday. I was offered a full refund or a little free gift. I wanted the item and was happy to wait. The item arrived quickly after posting with the free gift and a lovely hand written note thanking me for my patience. Great customer service!
