I had to pay £1.50 extra postage in order to receive my order. The goods I received are really good quality just a shame about the postage.

Outstanding Service
I cannot recommend this company anymore. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I had sent an email of enquiry, however, my email did get lost along the way. When I spoke to Steph, she could not have been more helpful. I spoke to her on the 6/10/22, and after sorting what I needed (as I had a specific date on the item), Steph made it up and posted it on the 7th and I received it on the 8th. I could not me more Happy with my product and service. The recipient of the gift was in awe of it.
So yes would 1 million % recommend Steph and Cracklewood and Clove.

Brilliant Company, Brilliant Product
Product, as usual, was perfect, little personalised robin gift tags which accommodate a round chocolate 😘so cute.
Service brilliant. Cannot recommend enough. I buy every Christmas and definitely will buy again 12 out of 10!
