Avoid, avoid, avoid!! This recruitment agency are false, misleading and unfair. You are better than them :-)

I love it when recruiters treat you like a fee attached to a pair of legs. It wouldn't kill you to reach out and let people know what how a client replied rather than use my details to refer me to a min wage operator position I'm way too qualified for

need to improve my appointment was at 6;30 am they open at 6;40 about 10 people in line went in and registered only one person in the office she was doing paper work at 7 they start calling people in all appointments 6;45 and up i went to the guy that that just came in about my app he says i got to see your insurance it was done 7;15 i went in so why i have to be there by 6 ;15 you guys need to do better

A director of CPL, Lauren, reached out to me with a job opportunity in TUSLA. I was extremely interested and we hopped on a call to discuss. She was extremely confident and positive re my application and said she was delighted to put me forward for the role. After sending my CV and interview availability across, radio silence. I contacted her multiple times as I has other interviews/offers. Then she has an out of office on and I contacted the email listed. Responses were unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. I was told I would be contacted when Lauren returned from AL but again never heard anything. A complete waste of my time spanning over nearly 3 weeks.

Very unprofessional company . They change time of interview a couple times, then dont answer on teams or on emails.

Terrible agency. Rude and unhelpful, no one replies, have actually lost out on work due to not being able to contact anyone.
This agency should remember that they are meant to SUPPORT people working and also the Health Service who need the staff. Absolute Disgrace

Would not recommend this agency, very unprofessional and rude, the worst experience possible. They agreed and confirmed one day a week working in the office before I was offered the job, but now this consultant turns out that she lied to me and fabricated everything ( Dayna Clifton consultant at Cip ) bunch of liars, misleading candidates after I accepted the job from their client called Abbvie - do not use this agency again, STAY AWAY FROM CIP - unreliable UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND BUNCH OF LIARS - READING OFFICE

Im working through CPL for 2 years now. I worked through them 5 years back and same crap. Submitting timesheets is painful - flaky old timesheet system always has issues. Also got underpaid in 2022 due to their disorganisation and poor processes. I can only guess its happening to other people.

Jack was fantastic to work with - always very attentive and professional. He has made my experience with Clinical Professionals Life Sciences (CPL) amazing.
Jack was great in securing me the role. He is very approachable, pleasant to speak with, supportive and willing to help at all times. He communicated well throughout the process in giving me regular updates. Jack also checked in with me on my first day and also followed up with me to see if things are going well afterwards, which was nice to know that he is there in case of any problems. I highly recommend Jack if you’re looking for a new role.

BEWARE: I have recently had the misfortune of dealing with Deepa at CPL in Limerick. I owned a specialist recruitment company in South Africa previously, so know something about the recruitment industry. Your job seekers are your "fishing grounds" when it comes to filling positions and should NEVER be treated as disposable trash. And word of mouth can make or break your business too. Unfortunately Deepa didn't get this memo ......
I will never use this business ever again in the future, thanks to the shocking service received from Deepa.

No feedback, a bunch of overpaid lazy individuals sitting doing nothing

Reaching out to me with job offers and then not responding when I get back to you is fairly poor practice.
