Absolutely Rude and Incompetent!
I placed an order online with this company and received an email confirmation of the order which was rather vague, but I didn't think much of it at the time. Waited a week and decided to enquire about the order to see when it might be delivered. When I called, the woman who answered the phone seemed completely uninterested in helping me. I said that I simply wanted to enquire about my order and gave her the order number. She said that she would have to have someone else call me right back. After waiting several hours without receiving a call back, I decided to call and cancel the order.
The same woman answered the phone and I said that I was calling to cancel my order. She said that she didn't understand what I was saying. I said to her "I placed an order with your company and now I want to cancel that order." She quickly replied and said that "the person who could help me with that wouldn't be in until Thursday" and she put down the phone!
Thankfully, we placed the order through PayPal and I have contacted them to retrieve our money.
I looked for the company at their address on google maps and found that they are actually doing business under the name of a company called Pro Line Cabinets, which seems rather suspect in itself.
All of this is completely unacceptable and quite disconcerting to say the least. I find it amazing how many so-called businesses out there will take your money and think that they don't owe you anything at all, or act as if they are doing you some sort of favour! Nonsense...you don't deserve to be in business at all!
