As outlined on our Returns & Shipping page in red, due to the nature of certain products, items such as the SleepPro Contour, Bongo Therapy, Nightshift devices, Mutes, Snugz, RemZzzs, and CPAP pillows can only be refunded if the packaging is completely intact.

My recent order placed on 20 January. At the time of purchase, your website stated that the item would be available for next‑day pickup from the 3030 store. Based on that information, I went ahead with the order.
The following day, I received a call advising that there was a delay with no ETA provided, and I was not given the option to cancel. I ultimately wasn’t able to pick up the order until 29 January — nine days after the promised date.
I want to highlight that I chose to purchase from you despite competitors offering a lower price, because I wanted the convenience of next‑day pickup and to support a local business. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the expectations set at the time of purchase.
