I am a retuning customer purchasing replacement masks. The masks were easy to locate in the website, there were a number of useful bundles to choose from. Easy to checkout and a very efficient despatch and delivery. Not really much to say, being said as a compliment. Ordered yesterday, delivered today!
I have ordered two different ResMed masks recently to Vienna.
There was an issue with one of the masks, it was out of stock. I have got an email immediately from the store staff and after just few messages we agreed on replacement product.
I must say that replacement product was a bit more expensive and these wonderful people created payment instructions just in a minutes.
After payment, few moments later I have received an email that my shipping package is on the way.
Just one day after I have received the package on my door in Vienna, Austria.
Can't express my feelings enough about this pleasant experience!
