Preet came out to dismantle our AGA and it was clear that he’s really knowledgable and he dealt with our tricky oven with no problems. He left the kitchen really clean and tidy. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing an AGA expert!

We called in the morning and had a visit the same day. A Friday late afternoon too!

His knowledge and passion for Agas showed. It was genuinely just lovely to chat to him about something he knows so much about.

He has left us with great advice and is helping with a parts problem that might become tricky!

Preet was polite, went out of his way to help after an already full day and stayed until he was sure the job was done. Our oil fired AGA has not run so well in years after Preet’s patient and methodical diagnosis and adjustments. Was very interested to hear about his work converting oil and gas to electric. Preet resolved an issue with our aga that had baffled bigger local companies. He is really knowledgeable and reliable - we now use him for all our aga servicing. He has also done an insulation upgrade.

We recently bought a property with a oil aga,it stopped working a few days after so we contacted the number left by previous owner of person who serviced it last,we waited and after numerous messages and emails were unanswered, I contacted cozy co via email and preet quickly replied offering to come out on bank holiday,he gave good helpful advice over the phone to help us, preet arrived on time and did a great job,he was thorough and explained everything he was doing really clearly and patiently, very knowledgeable, friendly and polite, will definitely be using him again and would highly recommend without hesitation.

Our old Aga needed a service and I contacted Preet who arrived on time. During the service a part was needed and he went out of his way to return and replace it the next day. He was very polite and patient and knowledgeable with a wealth of experience with Agas. He talked us through what he was doing at each step. He was extremely thorough and nothing was too much trouble. Since Preet has serviced it, the Aga has never worked so well. I recommend him without any hesitation at all.

No one had been able to fix our oil aga until Preet looked at it. He was able to fix it and followed up on xmas eve - the Turkey was cooked! We will be using him for all our Aga servicing.

Clearly experienced and well trained, Preet was punctual, friendly and thoroughly clean and tidy.
