Very relaxed experience ,no pressure sales,Very pleasant sales person. Would highly recommend.

Staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We didnt feel pressured into anything. Forecourt and salesroom was clean and tidy. We were offered refreshments. We had our dog with us and they were very welcoming to her too!

Overall experience was very good. All the staff were very helpful especially Tom Flynn. He was exceptional. A credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I was very impressed with his professionalism and manner.

Elliot provided all the information that was needed on the updates to the new vehicle and Mike, as usual was around to continue the excellent buying experience we have had over a number of years.

I have been a customer of Cox Motor Group Blackpool for many years and have purchased many cars used and new from them. I have also had my cars serviced there and I particularly like the video they make of the service outcome and findings which they send to you. Shout out to the service team. Buying and negotiating for any new car can be stressful but I have found the sales staff to be patient and friendly. My latest purchase was fraught with supply and delivery complications but Jo sorted it all out where we were both happy with the outcome.

So before coming here I had had such bad experiences trying to buy a secondhand car from other dealerships. As soon as we got in touch with Cox Motor Group and spoke to an acceptionally helpful and friendly person called Andras Moricz my luck changed for the better. I absolutely love the car I bought from there. Andras sent me video messages and kept me in the loop with everything. No question to him was a silly one and I have been looked after not only before and whilst buying the car but also the follow up messages to check everything is okay. After going to dodgy dealerships I can honestly say this company is so reliable and trustworthy. My mum has just bought a brand new Honda from them too and she couldnt be happier with it. Andras made my car buying experience wonderful ☺️
